I have purchased something through the website. It is now saying it’s been dispatched and to click the “track here” button. There is not a “track here” button.
I have emailed Ozsale asking where my order is and I have had no response.
The last day of ETA is tomorrow and I still don’t know where my delivery is and if it’s even coming. I’m questioning if this is a fraud website and I’ve lost almost $300!!!!

OZSALE seem to monitor this site for complaints, hopefully someone will contact you. I'm still waiting for someone to respond re my late delivery. Their Customer Service doesn't seem to exist. Good Luck

You have to be an assertive customer. Contact them on the 'contact page'. They tend to ignore you, hoping that you forget. If you persist they will respond / take your gripe to social media. Most companies need to keep a good profile on social media- sites like this one. Customers tend to refer to these sites when choosing products or purchasing online. Good luck!

I could mend the dress, but it is not quite the same as having a lovely new item in perfect condition. Am happy to exchange if this can be arranged.

I purchased a pair of Moosefield black leather sandals, $55.00 on 1st February, 2021 with barcode 8681441386827 & 34MS-02/37 on the box they arrived in.
The invoice ID : 32446169

The shoes are a size too large so I would like to apply for a Return Authorisation please.
I am unable to fill out the return page on line, as I don't think I was actually registered, when I ordered the shoes on line. The return site won't accept my details & the D O B will only do 2021.
I have since registered (Thursday 4/3/2021) & now it says I have no orders.

My order that i placed on January 28 has not been received yet. Your website said approximately 5 days delivery. I need the parcel for my grandsons birthday on Feb 21. I thought that was plenty of time. An order that I placed with amazon on the same day was delivered over a week ago to the same address.

I have not placed the order yet because Ourpay wants to charge me $12.50 for postage plus I buy $18.00 for 4 postages and they also deduct one of the four postages for the order i.e I am paying twice for postage. That has never happened before why now? I never went through with the order I deleted all the items.

It seems to be that if you buy 2 items or more from 2 or more seperate sales you have no choice. Seems to be some sales only but unfair.Definitely double dipping and not free postage
