Don't use pack & send. Overpriced, no home delivery, delivery should be included when the price is doubled.
Yes after I finally found them myself were in ok condition, yes tracking was supplied.
But for four boxes at nearly $700 is price gouging.
& They lost my boxes, I had to make many calls to find them.

Its 2022 and pack and send don’t think people using wheelchairs have parcels to send
I rolled my wheelchair to the nailsworth pack and send and there were steps at the entry. I called and asked for the wheelchair accessible entrance and was told the building is old and other shops like this. Although the person was helpful, don’t rent places that are inaccessible to customers and if you go ahead and rent it then ask for a wheelchair entrance. So much for ‘ There are No Limits to the solutions we can provide for you.’ as pack and send suggest.

Affordable Service - Not the best technology
The online self-service was user friendly and affordable. However, when the parcel was picked up and for several hours after, the status on the tracking link was not updated. I had to send an email to confirm the pick up of the parcel. Moreover, customer service were not able to give me an ETA. Furthermore, although I paid for a signature, my parcel was left in front of my door (understandably, this is due to the pandemic; however, the online service should note that)

Slow, required a lot of follow up
Booked a pick up for Wednesday, it wasn’t collected until the following Tuesday, after I called 3 times to ask what had happened. I didn’t appreciate the lateness nor the need to follow up myself. I understand that there is a leak in demand at the moment, and a 1-2 day delay was flagged on the website. I would’ve understood this if the communication had been better.

Competition of the booking form is a bit painful. Why can it not remember past common records? The tool is not updated inline with tracking. Most of my bookings show undelivered still.

Took 2 days to pick up, but quick delivery once this happened.
My box was dropped off on a Thursday afternoon. It wasn’t picked up until Monday afternoon. But once picked up, from Perth, it was available in Sydney on Thursday afternoon. Box arrived in great condition. The tracking system was useless. When it was about to be delivered, the tracking showed as still being at Perth airport.

good but somewhat inflexible.
Parcel was picked up and delivered on time, and the price was right. I had to change from dropped to depot and picked up from address (same suburb and price) however the system was inflexible and I had to cancel the first order and get a refund and rebook. Please fix this part of the system.

Delivery was a little slow - also was charged extra after item was dropped at store - would have preferred if item was checked on drop-off and informed immediately of increase in cost.
Tracking information was extremely poor - was still showing dropped off at Liverpool store after it had arrived two days later in Brisbane!
Paid extra for Signature on Delivery and yet item was just left at front door - courier didn't even bother to knock on door! If Social Distancing is their excuse then I shouldn't have been charged the extra for Signature on Delivery.
Item arrived in good condition - even with the extra charges the cost was reasonable.

What a rip off
I had a package sent from Geelong to Adelaide. The only good thing about the experience is it was well packed & arrived the next day. The negatives , and there are plenty , the person I dealt with was at times quite rude saying he was super busy. Sorry but I fail to see how that is my problem. That I could have dealt with had it not been for the outrageous cost. For a 30kg parcel $351 when I believe it should have only cost around $170. I complained & then had some manager ring me to discuss & said he would come back to me. He rang me next day to say nothing they were prepared to do to reduce the cost.
As the headline says , a rip off. PACK & SEND way , way too expensive, there are much cheaper options around.

Unreliable
I used them for the first time and they made an unauthorised transaction mentioning the luggage exceeded the weight a week after the delivery. My father checked everything thrice and the weight was only 56 kg. Surprisingly, they claimed that the weight is 102 kg without any evidence. Unreliable company ripping off people.

Friendly and professional staff during the week, but dodgy on saturday. The bloke went out the back to get the parcel and it turned out my name was actually on the consignment note as well as the commercial shipping invoice - so the story then changed to it being filled out incorrectly by the consignor. I immediately called the consignor in china (good on him for answering his mobile at 7am local time) and put him on speaker phone who confirmed to p&s it was populated correctly with chinese dhl and declared with chinese customs, at this point the story changed again where p&s told the consignor and myself to next time enter my name in the company field and the company name in the the consignee field. The consignor explained that this amounted to a misdeclaration, so at this point the story changed again stating both company and my name needed to go into both company and consignee fields, so again more dodgy legal advice. In the end I got the parcel because he “trusted me”. Definitely no next time, never had this degree of nonsense from auspost / tnt / fedex / dhl / ups ever in the last 20+ years for any international consignments ever.Hi Tom.
