Same day pick up. Easy to understand web instructions for pricing as this was a large item.
Picked up from front door.
Communication was excellent throughout and was delivered interstate within 2 days.

I was imprrssed with speed of collection and delivery. Compated to other options they were inexpensive. Packagevarrived in grrat condition.. I would definitely recommend and will use again in the future.

Very pleased with the delivery of a large package to my daughter in Melbourne. Pack & Send provided and delivered on a reasonable time frame at a reasonable price. The only slip up was that the tracking information was not updated and I only was informed of the parcel's delivery my my daughter.

I chose to drop off at local depot. Tracking information was accurate. Delivery was fast. I was updated through out the process. There online chat system could be more informative.

Item was delivered in reasonable time and in good condition and at a reasonable cost. However pickup driver did not leave any receipt and on line tracking was only "in transit", not informative.

Easy to organise, package was picked up from my front door. Delivered quickly. Though I had chosen for my package to be handed to the buyer and signed for or taken to a post office and it was left on their property instead. The box had been roughed up but the contents were still okay. Attached is a photo of the condition the package had arrived in.

Sent a computer from Mittagong to Brisbane. Dropped the computer off and it arrived the next day safely in Brisbane in good condition and all in order. Will be using again

A lovely lady collected my parcel within the time frame given and it was delivered to it's destination in great timing and undamaged. The tracking information was easy to follow and self explanatory.
