Alright service
Easy to organise, package was picked up from my front door. Delivered quickly. Though I had chosen for my package to be handed to the buyer and signed for or taken to a post office and it was left on their property instead. The box had been roughed up but the contents were still okay. Attached is a photo of the condition the package had arrived in.
No worries, overall I'd still use your services again. My customer Was just a little bit disappointed :)

This isn't perfect but it does work
Normally when you go to the trouble of packing and take your parcel to the company for delivery. It would be cheaper. Not this company. Extra $50? Then receive two labels and told, only use one. Then told by receptionist use all.

not the best experience
charged an extra $20 for apparently not having our parcel ready. 100% NOT CORRECT. The parcel was packed ready to go, well before i organised delivery online with Pack & Send.
No courier turned up on the due date yet we received the late fee charge. Parcel eventually was picked up on day 4 ... not happy Jan

great price for delivery and super convenient but It would be better if you provided confirmation of the package being sent, an invoice for delivery and tracking info that actually reflected where the package is.
This caused some issues with Paypal as they require certain documents to release money.
Overall would recommend but better documentation would make the experience better

They used Fastway.
They used "Fastway Couriers" who would have to be the worst courier company in Australia.
My parcel was tagged as "undelivered waiting further instructions" in Melbourne 3 days into a standard 1-2 day delivery to NSW.
Was finally delivered to correct NSW address 3 days after I called to ask "why it’s saying undelivered in Melbourne".
Dear Pack and Send, if you want great ratings I suggest you drop Fastway Couriers who are the worst courier company in Australia (possibly Earth).

Picked up package 2 days late
The courier didn't show up on the day we scheduled. We got a very vague and unhelpful automated email apologising for the delay.
This was very inconvenient as we couldn't easily facilitate pickup on other days - we had to leave the package (which was moderately valuable) outside. Recommend dropping off at depot if you can.
The guy on the phone didn't know which day the courier would arrive or how to reschedule.
Package arrived promptly and in one piece once it was picked up though, no complaints there.

Drop off was painful
The Brookvale office had no parking, making it hard to drop off parcels. Took 15 mins to get served. So that wasn’t a great experience. However, packed arrived on time

Can covid stop being an excuse?!
Booking online was easy
Having the parcel picked up was convenient
Transit time were atrocious
Age old excuse of covid effecting shipping times
Was told 3-4 business days for interstate delivery, with COVID adding possibly another 2.

Booked online which was easy and convenient. Rang my local agent (Mermaid Beach) to check on the pick up and they were quite rude and dismissive, stating that if I had booked online it had nothing to do with them. Quite disappointing, as a first time user I will never recommend that branch to deal with. No one came to collect, so I chased another agent down the street to pick my package up. Wasn't the best start to be honest. Delivery was quick and arrived safely.

Disappointed with initial booking options on website
On-line booking website was initially confusing and misleading.
I was looking for self-service, but the options were based on gross weight of consignments.
Initially I was sent to a service centre which took a day to provide a quote, which was more than twice the self-service cost.
Eventually I was able to work out how to get to self-service, which I had used many times in the past.
Courier collection and delivery was up up to the usual Pack and Send good standard.

Affordable Service - Not the best technology
The online self-service was user friendly and affordable. However, when the parcel was picked up and for several hours after, the status on the tracking link was not updated. I had to send an email to confirm the pick up of the parcel. Moreover, customer service were not able to give me an ETA. Bad communication but very cheap and I received the packages after a 2 day delay
The packages were booked a week in advance and were picked up 2 days late after I’d canceled it. I left a message after the packages were not picked up and no one ever got back to me also because the driver didn’t buzz the apartment and the job was canceled we were concerned the goods were stolen from the apartment foyer. When I rang to confirm I was told the driver picked them up even though I’d cancelled the order so I Icancelled the cancel and the packages were delivered the next day. The cost was incredibly cheap though so the service was good value but bad communication. I’m happy they were delivered in the end.
