PACK & SEND

I was the sender. The tracking was ok until the parcel could not be delivered because no one was home on the Friday of delivery. Then when message said unable to deliver, the next tracking advice said in transit for the next three days so on Monday as there was no location. I had to call the office from where I sent it in order to find out where it was, they had no idea and didn’t seem interested to the problem. I love using Pack and Send. Very reliable and responsive. My local shop in Parramatta is very helpful organizing international shipments.
The only thing I don't like is their website interface for self serve bookings. Not very user friendly, and not all of my bookings show up in my profile, if I need to go back and pull up a prior shipping invoice.

Unfortunately my package was collected a day late. I had to ring them and re book for the following day. Once collected it was delivered quickly. Overall quite easy to arrange online. I will use them again.

All went well, and delivered quickly to a country address. It was collected from out home on the same day as booked. The price was reasonable for a road service.

I found from the online platform to the communication of item being sent the company was responsive and on time. The item was in good condition on arrival. Thank you

Used the ‘self service’ option, I found the process very easy considering I was over 2000kms away from the package.
Time frame was spot on and communication was great. However, it would be helpful to receive a direct phone number from the third party carrier, to touch base if need be.
Over fantastic and would use again :)

Very expensive and slow delivery but at least it got there in the end , also couldn’t track it all the way for whatever reason, just ended up sent with a third party

They used "Fastway Couriers" who would have to be the worst courier company in Australia.

My parcel was tagged as "undelivered waiting further instructions" in Melbourne 3 days into a standard 1-2 day delivery to NSW.
Was finally delivered to correct NSW address 3 days after I called to ask "why it’s saying undelivered in Melbourne".

Dear Pack and Send, if you want great ratings I suggest you drop Fastway Couriers who are the worst courier company in Australia (possibly Earth).

Bike box shipped from Adelaide to Perth, easy booking process online and picked up the next morning, arrived in Perth within 3 days - I was honestly amazed!
Will use again and recommend.

The courier didn't show up on the day we scheduled. We got a very vague and unhelpful automated email apologising for the delay.

This was very inconvenient as we couldn't easily facilitate pickup on other days - we had to leave the package (which was moderately valuable) outside. Recommend dropping off at depot if you can.

The guy on the phone didn't know which day the courier would arrive or how to reschedule.

Package arrived promptly and in one piece once it was picked up though, no complaints there.

Online do it yourself does not offer an options other than 'signature on receipt'. More options please to be able to have more flexibility in the way the receiver and sender manages deliveries.

Easy to organise via the online order as a sender but communication around tracking could have been way better as it said the package was waiting in warehouse, then suddenly arrived.

i recently send large item from sydney area to Perth, online procedure was easy, took to depot to send, i should have gone there first to get proper weight, they re weighed after i organised and re charged for correct weight, other wise good service considering distance of delivery. Will use again better than Aus Post. ( Thumbs Up )

Staff were very helpful and accommodating and I appreciate the effort taken to remedy my missed pick up that eventually ended with a successful delivery. I will be using this service again.

The package was picked up on time . The ease of use of the website for booking and payment was a plus point. I expected the parcel of less than 1 kg to move between 2 suburbs 20 mins apart within a day, but it took 2 -3 days.
