PACK & SEND

Have used Pack & Send Mackay previously, so was a no brainer to return when I needed to send another package of valuable goods. Once again amazing customer service, package was delivered on time, to the correct recipient, in same condition as wnen send and the pricing was excellent. Cant' recommend these guys highly enough.

Item arrived as stated by pack n Send and I received a notification that it had been delivered.

Self service was quick and easy. Collection on time. Good contact and notifications. Recipient was also happy with the delivery. Delivered in the time frame specified in original quote. No extra charges either despite the remote location for the delivery. Great price, at least 1/3 cheaper than every other quote.

I was sender and receiver. Collection and dispatch was well timed so I could be there to receive it. Everything was beautifully wrapped. Tracking information was very efficient, so was delivery.

Sent a camping fridge to WA, was surprised how easy it was and how efficient the staff were. Fridge arrived yesterday at our door in the country, beautifully wrapped and on it's own little pallet and in perfect condition. Can't recommend Pack and Send Norwood highly enough. Great job.

Delivered promptly from Adelaide to Melbourne and arrived undamaged and in the same condition that I handed it to Norwood Pack& Send. It was a bar stool that I was sending, so it was a slightly awkward package. The only negative was that it was quite expensive (about $200 ) to send - but the bar stool was worth $2700 so I was prepared to pay a bit more for the secure transit.
