PACK & SEND

I have posted at least one -- possibly even two -- strongly negative reviews of Pack and Send. It seems only fair to write a positive one to reflect a different experience. Ordering was, as usual, simple via the DIY option online. Fantastic. The package was picked up in Melbourne within the specified time and was flagged for delivery in Sydney about 5 days later (on a Tuesday). The process of online booking was very simple. Cost was very reasonable, much cheaper than I expected. Online tracking was helpful although package arrived three days later than eta. Still very satisfied.

Picked up on time and delivered before it was expected, so fast. The only issue was that the online tracking was overloaded for the duration whilst the package was in transit.

I've used Pack & Send for a few years, but the concern I've had with most of my deliveries was tracking. My package came 5 days earlier than was suggested by the in-built tracking system this time. Previously, I've received an email at 3am to make sure I was available at 7am for delivery. I don't check emails that time of the day. But, it is an affordable way to get my belongings interstate

As buyer of this item i was reqd to arrange freight from 3000km away. First attempt at booking thru website lead to confusion on difference between selfservice and premium and i called the local packsend. My subsequent booking as self service was cancelled as i was told by call centre i needed premium. Sellers local depot told me i had to pay $60 more for pickup from seller. Booked again but pickup window was not tight enough so arranged with seller to drop at his local depot. Proceeded smoothly after that. Very disappointed with lack of clear ...

Collected in Perth at 3pm and delivered in Canberra 11am 4 days later (including a public holiday).
The most expensive of all the quotes I received but previous reviews on here about other Courier Companies influenced my choice of Pack and Send.
The 9kg package arrived in good condition, and the contents were free from any damage. However, the tracking information was very poor, not nearly as informative as Australia Post. Pick up and delivery confirmation was all that was given.

Excellent service the only thing I would like to see is more up to date tracking as tracking only states it has left does not give you up to date manifest depot locations

Cannot complain about the service I received. My parcel was collected on time and arrived very quickly (24 hrs after pick up travelling interstate) in perfect condition. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the heavy restrictions for packaging required to be able to collect on insurance if that is a need.

I had an emergency package delivered from 4 hours away. Only cost $18 & it was here within 24hours. Door to door, no hastle. Their tracking system has some lag at the moment, but otherwise excellent service

The Pack N Send website and online process was easy to navigate and comprehensive. Pack N Send staff both at the local center and the online help desk were very responsive and helpful. The overall service experience was only let down by the sub-contracting carriers - the pickup was handled by TNT express, and didn't happen until the day after it was requested. The drop off was by FedEx, and the driver dropping off handled the packages very roughly, using excessive force to remove them, and spilling other packages on the ground. But overall my shipment arrived fairly quickly and undamaged, at a fair price.

Order and pick up was smooth and as expected. The only issue is that the parcel arrived one day after the estimate due to the local distribution provider not offloading the package before travelling to the next town. I dont believe this was due to any fault of Pack & Send.

Pick up was a few days late, but in the end it was delivered to me and for a decent price, actually very happy, price was good value for the delivery distance and weight, which makes up for the long wait and no communication on the days when the item was not collected

Pick up and delivery were fast. There was a little bit of miscommunication on whether the package contents were 'ok to send', but it was all ok in the end.

James (Geelong) was very helpful and advise for me to Pick it up from my local P&S so if any problems we could sort it quickly, but it arrived safe & sound.
I was quoted 3 different prices which was abit annoying and worked out expensive to get it delivered.

Package was picked up at 4:55pm with the source office shutting at 5. A little panic but ended well. Was delivered to us much earlier than we thought which was great. We were kept in the loop the whole time. Will do it again.
