not the best experience
charged an extra $20 for apparently not having our parcel ready. 100% NOT CORRECT. The parcel was packed ready to go, well before i organised delivery online with Pack & Send.
No courier turned up on the due date yet we received the late fee charge. Parcel eventually was picked up on day 4 ... not happy Jan

Not fast but got there at a cost
Very expensive and slow delivery but at least it got there in the end , also couldn’t track it all the way for whatever reason, just ended up sent with a third party

They used Fastway.
They used "Fastway Couriers" who would have to be the worst courier company in Australia.
My parcel was tagged as "undelivered waiting further instructions" in Melbourne 3 days into a standard 1-2 day delivery to NSW.
Was finally delivered to correct NSW address 3 days after I called to ask "why it’s saying undelivered in Melbourne".
Dear Pack and Send, if you want great ratings I suggest you drop Fastway Couriers who are the worst courier company in Australia (possibly Earth).

Picked up package 2 days late
The courier didn't show up on the day we scheduled. We got a very vague and unhelpful automated email apologising for the delay.
This was very inconvenient as we couldn't easily facilitate pickup on other days - we had to leave the package (which was moderately valuable) outside. Recommend dropping off at depot if you can.
The guy on the phone didn't know which day the courier would arrive or how to reschedule.
Package arrived promptly and in one piece once it was picked up though, no complaints there.

Can covid stop being an excuse?!
Booking online was easy

Helpful staff but painfully slow delivery
Nailsworth staff were helpful to re-arrange delivery location in Perth.
Opted for road freight as goods weren't super urgent, but delivery time was terrible. Dropped off on the 6 Jan. finally arrived 24 Jan. Tracking information was fine, could see daily my parcel hadn't arrived!

Poor service all round
Package wasn’t picked up 4 days after booking after being escalated and promises made it would be pick up that day. Finally had to drop it off at a depot for it to actually ship and then almost at 2 weeks to go from sydney to Newcastle. The standard covid excuse and lead up to Xmas offered. Nice idea let down
Pick up was set for a Thursday. the package was finally picked up after almost a week.
The delivery was supposed to be 1-3 days, not having the package picked up for almost a week is very disappointing. Customer service was very helpful with my complaints and offered help when needed.

Disappointing experience (due to the carrier though)
I thought I'd give Pack & Send a go after seeing lots of good reviews (especially regarding the local franchisee). However, for convenience I just used the online service to deliver a package 25km from my home before father's day. Unfortunately for me Pack & Send used Fastway/Aramex as the carrier for this delivery. I hadn't had good experiences with Fastway in the past and you only need to check their reviews to see how consistently poor their service is. (This site alone has almost 8000 reviews averaging 1 star).

Affordable Service - Not the best technology
The online self-service was user friendly and affordable. However, when the parcel was picked up and for several hours after, the status on the tracking link was not updated. I had to send an email to confirm the pick up of the parcel. Moreover, customer service were not able to give me an ETA. Furthermore, although I paid for a signature, my parcel was left in front of my door (understandably, this is due to the pandemic; however, the online service should note that)

Bad communication but very cheap and I received the packages after a 2 day delay
The packages were booked a week in advance and were picked up 2 days late after I’d canceled it. I left a message after the packages were not picked up and no one ever got back to me also because the driver didn’t buzz the apartment and the job was canceled we were concerned the goods were stolen from the apartment foyer. When I rang to confirm I was told the driver picked them up even though I’d cancelled the order so I Icancelled the cancel and the packages were delivered the next day. The cost was incredibly cheap though so the service was good value but bad communication. I’m happy they were delivered in the end.

The best part of my experience as a sender was the on line booking process. That was quick and easy. Unfortunately it went downhill from there.
