Don't use pack & send. Overpriced, no home delivery, delivery should be included when the price is doubled.
Yes after I finally found them myself were in ok condition, yes tracking was supplied.
But for four boxes at nearly $700 is price gouging.
& They lost my boxes, I had to make many calls to find them.
Simple & cost effective
The process of online booking was very simple. Cost was very reasonable, much cheaper than I expected. Online tracking was helpful although package arrived three days later than eta. Still very satisfied.

Slow, required a lot of follow up
Booked a pick up for Wednesday, it wasn’t collected until the following Tuesday, after I called 3 times to ask what had happened. I didn’t appreciate the lateness nor the need to follow up myself. I understand that there is a leak in demand at the moment, and a 1-2 day delay was flagged on the website. I would’ve understood this if the communication had been better.

As buyer of this item i was reqd to arrange freight from 3000km away. First attempt at booking thru website lead to confusion on difference between selfservice and premium and i called the local packsend. My subsequent booking as self service was cancelled as i was told by call centre i needed premium. Sellers local depot told me i had to pay $60 more for pickup from seller. Excellent service
Excellent service the only thing I would like to see is more up to date tracking as tracking only states it has left does not give you up to date manifest depot locations

Excellent service, helpful staff.
The Pack N Send website and online process was easy to navigate and comprehensive. Pack N Send staff both at the local center and the online help desk were very responsive and helpful. The overall service experience was only let down by the sub-contracting carriers - the pickup was handled by TNT express, and didn't happen until the day after it was requested. The drop off was by FedEx, and the driver dropping off handled the packages very roughly, using excessive force to remove them, and spilling other packages on the ground. But overall my shipment arrived fairly quickly and undamaged, at a fair price.

Recommended Service
Order and pick up was smooth and as expected. The only issue is that the parcel arrived one day after the estimate due to the local distribution provider not offloading the package before travelling to the next town. I dont believe this was due to any fault of Pack & Send.

Good value
Pick up was a few days late, but in the end it was delivered to me and for a decent price, actually very happy, price was good value for the delivery distance and weight, which makes up for the long wait and no communication on the days when the item was not collected
