Great Price for delivery to WA
It was easy to do this online. Fyshwick staff were very helpful. Very long wait for delivery to WA. Once I contacted the team did there best to find the items and eventually delivery occurred, just a bit longer than expected. Current WA Covid freight restrictions fully understand the team were restricted with what they could do. Will use Pack and Send again.
The package was picked up a day late, but thats pretty good at the moment.
Communication via email was fantastic when i queried when it would be picked up.
Tracking was available and I recieved all invoices.
Simple & cost effective
The process of online booking was very simple. Cost was very reasonable, much cheaper than I expected. Online tracking was helpful although package arrived three days later than eta. Still very satisfied.
Slight delay in pickup
Package 7 day delay on pick up, contacted Pack and Send several times during that time for assistance and to raise awareness. (I appreciate this happened during Melbourne lockdown).
Pack and Send provided updates by phone and e-mail and resolved things as best they could with their subcontractor.
Package then arrived about 6 days later in QLD.
Total about 13 days due to pickup delay.
I would use them again but best to be proactive if a delay of more than a day or 2 happens on pickup.
Good service plus a suggestion
To avoid missing his arrival, I suggest the driver phone on the day with an estimated time of pickup. I was briefly out of earshot and didn’t hear him come. A phone call would have saved him from having to come twice.
They came a day later than they said they would to collect a parcel but other than that, a pretty good service. It only cost me $10 to send a 10kg parcel. Will use this service again.
I used the self service option and found it to be very easy to use. I was disappointed that the items were picked up a day later than indicated but from then on, everything went smoothly.
Barcodes wasn’t sent to email so courier couldn’t accept the package the following day for pickup then courier didn’t show up the day after. Parcel was then picked up after the weekend 4 days later from booking which delayed my parcel to destination.
Bad communication but very cheap and I received the packages after a 2 day delay
The packages were booked a week in advance and were picked up 2 days late after I’d canceled it. I left a message after the packages were not picked up and no one ever got back to me also because the driver didn’t buzz the apartment and the job was canceled we were concerned the goods were stolen from the apartment foyer. When I rang to confirm I was told the driver picked them up even though I’d cancelled the order so I Icancelled the cancel and the packages were delivered the next day. The cost was incredibly cheap though so the service was good value but bad communication. I’m happy they were delivered in the end.
The best part of my experience as a sender was the on line booking process. That was quick and easy. Unfortunately it went downhill from there. I selected a pickup time for the following day in the afternoon however the parcel wasn’t collected. That evening I received what appeared to be an automatic email stating it was marked for priority pickup the next day (Friday). However Friday ticked away and despite receiving assurance when I called that it would be picked up, it wasn’t. No automatic email this time so I was left wondering if pickup wo...uld be the next day or not until Monday. The drivers turned up midday Saturday so that was 48 hours after the booked window. Now I understand that couriers are under enormous pressure at the moment with lockdown and increased volumes however I just wanted some communication as to what was happening. I feel that the pickup window shouldn’t have been available for on line selection if it couldn’t be met and I would have been fine with receiving notification if the window had to change. But I had no idea when to put the parcel out on the Friday for collection or if I should even put it out on the Saturday. Luckily I did. As I said! I understand things don’t always go to plan but this service just felt disorganised and lacked customer communication. I chose P & S over the cheaper couriers however I’m sad to say I really don’t feel it was worth it at all.

On the weekend i Booked package in for collection on Monday. Wednesday i had to message them to rebook in to be collected. The whole online process was easy though.
Happy with the Overall Service
I arranged for a pickup (via online) due to the current restrictions in our LGA and expected pickup the following day however it was delayed for one more day as it was not shown in their outsource courier system. However after the delay, it was picked up by the Courier the following day. Overall, my experience with Pack and Send is good and I am Happy with their service.. I would given a rating of 5 if it was picked up on time.
Courier Late by 1 day
This Package was picked up one day late and delivered the following day after pick up. In terms of the service it was fine but the pick up window being between 9 am and 5 pm meant I couldn’t leave the house for two days. There were no updates or tracking information available for pick up either which was annoying
Got the job done
Package was collected on the day scheduled and was delivered with some issues but the people we dealt with worked with us to sort out and correct the problem so it all worked out fine.
Extremely slow service
Booked a package for Friday not picked up til Wednesday after several calls
Asked for a quote for an oversized item twice, promised a call back, still nothing back from them.

Do you guys have any warehouse/ depot in the USA to drop off items to be shipped to Australia
