Sender. Package was delivered safely to the international address and staff being very helpful and prompt with their information provided to me in regards to the status of my package

The staff at Midland Pack and Send were very helpful throughout the whole process. My parcel had some issues with customs in India, but the team at Midland Pack and Send were very co-operative, their communication was great as they were in constant contact with me, DHL and India customs and were regularly updating me if anything was required or if any outcome was made. I would highly recommend them to anyone planning to send parcels overseas.

Update info given to us all the way through till goods received. Pick up and drop off were closed enough to set time. Happy to use this service again next time.

My tracking stated that the delivery was going to be on one day however it arrived on a day when we were not present at home (with no notification) which meant the courier needed to wait for a lengthy period for us to return

Yes, the time I was told it would.
The tracking is good.
I have used three couriers now and this is by far the best each time. I will stick with these guys during covid. After covid I don't know because they are a little more expensive. Interstate is so much cheaper than sending in the same state too which is disappointing.
Usually they make good time. This one attached was one day late but I have had up to 10 days late with other couriers.

Delivery was fast and economical, but tracking was sadly lacking, showing parcel was still in departure depot for a number of days, until i received a message saying "parcel delivered"
Needed to accurately track parcel to ensure someone was home to receive it and sign for it !
also paid extra for signature on delivery but package was left on doorstep without a signature.
Realise xmas is a very busy time so that the small delay in delivery that occurred is acceptable.

My parcels were picked up as scheduled. However, only one parcel was delivered and after a worrying night and a couple of phone calls the second parcel was delivered. The two people I contacted were very helpful especially the team member I spoke to on the phone.

Excellent customer support from beginning to end. Che found a cost effective solution to send documents interstate. Che and Amber were attentive and went the extra mile at every stage.

Delayed but just a sign of the times. Helpfully staff at depot. Arrived with no damage. Thanks

P&S Provide excellent service. Email instructions and paperwork are easy to understand and put in place. Picked up from our premises. good value. We use Pack & Send whenever we want to send a package.

Pack&Send was easy to deal with, no issues Australia side. The South African customs spoilt the experience for me. But my parcel got delivered albeit delayed!! That was most important.

Delivery wasn’t within expressed delivery time but understand that it was a regional and interstate route. Glad the goods were delivered with no damage. Shawna from customer service was helpful with updates on tracking information.

Used for the first time a little trouble with delivery but they sorted everything and I was very pleased woth their service will use them again so much easier for me

Easy to use and book. We had some hiccups with the assigned courier (couriers please) actually arriving to collect the item. They were meant to arrive on the Wednesday (18th Nov) to pick up the parcel, I waited until the next day but they never arrived the Thursday (19th) either.
Called P&S on the Friday (20th) and was told they’d contact the couriers and ensure it was collected, again the couriers never showed. I sent an email on Friday which was escalated through to management on Monday (23rd) and at lunch we had couriers please arrive to pic...

Bought a large item and had to arrange my own courier, so booked online (self-service) with Pack&Send. Paid via Paypal and item was picked up from the seller and delivered to my address. Delivery can be tracked online, but you can speak to customer support as needed.
