I was so delighted with the service from Prashant at Pack & Send at Mornington! After speaking to 3 other couriers with complicated processes and inexperienced staff I was very frustrated. Luckily, I called Pack and Send and everything was so easy! Prashant was kind, personable, and prompt with all communication, and my package even arrived a few days early. I would use Pack & Send Mornington again without hesitation. Thanks again Prashant :)

The process was fast and efficient and rates were reasonable. Package arrived at destination in good time. I was kept informed as to the whereabouts of the package throughout the process.

It is very easy to make a online booking yourself via their website. They are able to rebook easily via a friendly customer service centre if there is any confusion with pickups and it arrives the next day. Perfect.

I had to arrange a pickup for goods I had purchased as it was a private sale and I was paying freight. I grabbed the details needed from sender to put into the P&S system, sender printed and taped on the box. It was picked up the next day and took less than a week from country VIC to country North West NSW. I was pleasantly surprised and the box arrived undamaged.

Goods arrived in a timely manner, and at all times I was kept informed of the progress of my shipment. On delivery to my home the driver stacked it neatly in the garage for me as I was home

Edwina was incredibly helpful on finding the right price for our shipment on 2 large paintings to Melbourne suggesting depot to depot was a cost effective way to ship.
