Worst experience with any company, EVER!
Very unfortunate experience with Pack & Send. Booked in a delivery for Melb from Syd and the parcel ended up being returned to sender due to unsuccessful delivery. After my third phone call, I was told that there's nothing they can do and I have to re-book and pay again ($100). Yes, the sender received a tracking number, however, the receiver received zero correspondence or notifications regarding the parcel. great price for delivery and super convenient but It would be better if you provided confirmation of the package being sent, an invoice for delivery and tracking info that actually reflected where the package is.
This caused some issues with Paypal as they require certain documents to release money.
Overall would recommend but better documentation would make the experience better

Avoid at all costs
Had a phone call from the delivery driver at town nearby the destination to say that they don't deliver to that area. I was charged $11 more by this company to deliver to the address, but the reciever of the parcel had to drive into town to pick it up. No refund was offered by the company due to this.
No one at the service centre or drop off centre understand shipping to a rural centre.

Lost and damaged items.
I needed 20 boxes sent to one destination. They were picked up all together yet didn’t arrive together: one box was never found, another so badly damaged the stock inside was unsaleable so I lost hundreds worth of stock. I have been sending books for 10 years; this is the first time with Pack and send and will be the last. I have never needed a warranty for items and so I didn’t get one this time. Out of ‘good faith’ I was offered $35 off my delivery - needless to say they can keep the $35, and I will use a professional courier next time.

Drop off was painful
The Brookvale office had no parking, making it hard to drop off parcels. Took 15 mins to get served. So that wasn’t a great experience. However, packed arrived on time

Booked online which was easy and convenient. Rang my local agent (Mermaid Beach) to check on the pick up and they were quite rude and dismissive, stating that if I had booked online it had nothing to do with them. Quite disappointing, as a first time user I will never recommend that branch to deal with. No one came to collect, so I chased another agent down the street to pick my package up. Wasn't the best start to be honest. Delivery was quick and arrived safely.

Disappointed with initial booking options on website
On-line booking website was initially confusing and misleading.
I was looking for self-service, but the options were based on gross weight of consignments.
Initially I was sent to a service centre which took a day to provide a quote, which was more than twice the self-service cost.
Eventually I was able to work out how to get to self-service, which I had used many times in the past.
Courier collection and delivery was up up to the usual Pack and Send good standard.

Not helpful at all
Got a quote online and when I rang to ask about dropping it off he said the price was double and that the price quoted was a self service price and not for them to arrange the delivery.
Also the package was not 10 cm but was 11in some places ( not all ). and so they charged more for the delivery.

Worst Service Ever - Parcel Never Delivered and Customer Service Non Existant
One parcel is still undelivered after 6 months and customer service more or less said that is is unlikely to be delivered or found, the 2nd parcel was cancelled after we waited over two weeks for it to be picked up and the 3rd parcel arrived after being out for delivery for nearly 2 months. Not good enough. AVOID if their chosen carrier is Aramex/Fastway.

An update to my previous review...
As a weekly user of Pack & Send, I'm VERY SAD to say that Pack and Send has joined the ranks of other pathetic services, including Sendle (zero stars for them), Smartsend, and others, who manage to lose parcels and keep stringing people along for several weeks before finally admitting they haven't got a clue.
My very large parcel (1.8mtrs tall, 800mm wide) traveled 40 minutes from Rutherford to Newcastle, where they promptly lost it, after scanning it into the depot. How they lose something so huge is beyond me.
However, it took a further 6 weeks before they finally advise us that they lost it.

Disgusting service
I sent a 4 kg package to Indonesia containing birthday gifts such as children’s toys and clothes. On arrival in Indonesia my relatives was billed $250 to collect the item despite fact that I had fully paid for the item here in Sydney. That amount is the amount of a months salary in Lombok. It’s disgusting that this was never brought to my attention, I understand that this may be customs charges but I’ve previously sent gifts to Indonesia with Australia Post and the receiver has only paid a few dollars. Now my shipment has been abandoned in Lombok because no one can afford to pay this charge. My neice cannot get her birthday gifts I’ve wasted the money I spent plus the shipping fee of $150. Delivered to the next door neighbours gutter?
Package was collected in a timely manner by a friendly person.
On the delivery end I received a call to notify me that the neighbour had found the package; a large roll of Apholstery leather, in his drain half way up the driveway.
So not only did the deliver to the wrong address, they didn’t even bother taking it to the door.

Poor service
Customer service non existent. 2 parcels collected going to same address and 1 not delivered and no idea where it is. Will never use them again. Would have been quicker to send by anyone other than them!
