PACK & SEND

I had to move 4 boxes interstate for my mum. I needed them picked up on a certain day and wasn’t sure if Pack and Send would show up but they came through. Then I could follow the tracking number to see where the boxes were. I also rang the 1300 number and then was told exactly when they would arrive. Really great service at a very reasonable price.
A little more communication just for reassurance would have been nice, but they did deliver on all their promises.

I was the sender. The tracking was ok until the parcel could not be delivered because no one was home on the Friday of delivery. Then when message said unable to deliver, the next tracking advice said in transit for the next three days so on Monday as there was no location. I had to call the office from where I sent it in order to find out where it was, they had no idea and didn’t seem interested to the problem. I then rang Pack and Send head office where a very helpful staff member traced it to the Star track depot in Rockhampton my daughter c...

I love using Pack and Send. Very reliable and responsive. My local shop in Parramatta is very helpful organizing international shipments.
The only thing I don't like is their website interface for self serve bookings. Not very user friendly, and not all of my bookings show up in my profile, if I need to go back and pull up a prior shipping invoice.

All went well, and delivered quickly to a country address. It was collected from out home on the same day as booked. The price was reasonable for a road service.

great price for delivery and super convenient but It would be better if you provided confirmation of the package being sent, an invoice for delivery and tracking info that actually reflected where the package is.
This caused some issues with Paypal as they require certain documents to release money.

Overall would recommend but better documentation would make the experience better

Used the ‘self service’ option, I found the process very easy considering I was over 2000kms away from the package.
Time frame was spot on and communication was great. However, it would be helpful to receive a direct phone number from the third party carrier, to touch base if need be.
Over fantastic and would use again :)

Bike box shipped from Adelaide to Perth, easy booking process online and picked up the next morning, arrived in Perth within 3 days - I was honestly amazed!
Will use again and recommend.

I was pleased that the packaging was done for us. Also the tracking of the package was useful. I was a little taken aback at the cost but, I knew that sending packages to the US is expensive.

The Brookvale office had no parking, making it hard to drop off parcels. Took 15 mins to get served. So that wasn’t a great experience. However, packed arrived on time

Easy to organise via the online order as a sender but communication around tracking could have been way better as it said the package was waiting in warehouse, then suddenly arrived.

i recently send large item from sydney area to Perth, online procedure was easy, took to depot to send, i should have gone there first to get proper weight, they re weighed after i organised and re charged for correct weight, other wise good service considering distance of delivery. Will use again better than Aus Post. ( Thumbs Up )

The package was picked up on time . The ease of use of the website for booking and payment was a plus point. I expected the parcel of less than 1 kg to move between 2 suburbs 20 mins apart within a day, but it took 2 -3 days.

Booked online which was easy and convenient. Rang my local agent (Mermaid Beach) to check on the pick up and they were quite rude and dismissive, stating that if I had booked online it had nothing to do with them. Quite disappointing, as a first time user I will never recommend that branch to deal with. No one came to collect, so I chased another agent down the street to pick my package up. Wasn't the best start to be honest. Delivery was quick and arrived safely.

On-line booking website was initially confusing and misleading.
I was looking for self-service, but the options were based on gross weight of consignments.
Initially I was sent to a service centre which took a day to provide a quote, which was more than twice the self-service cost.
Eventually I was able to work out how to get to self-service, which I had used many times in the past.
Courier collection and delivery was up up to the usual Pack and Send good standard.

Have used Pack & Send several times with moving electric guitars domestically and internationally. Competitive pricing, easy to use online quoting and booking portal and picked up the next day... also great to recieve an instant email with address and AWB labels for the packages straight after booking is confirmed.
