They were Quick and easy to use to send oversize parcels. I dropped into the store and was helped out to send it online. Tracking was easy and the receiver arrived as expected. Tracking was spot on.

Easy to organise, package was picked up from my front door. Delivered quickly. Though I had chosen for my package to be handed to the buyer and signed for or taken to a post office and it was left on their property instead. The box had been roughed up but the contents were still okay. Attached is a photo of the condition the package had arrived in.

Great service. Everything was easy, straightforward and the delivery was very efficient.

My package arrived earlier than expected. I was the sender and receiver so experienced both boxing/sending the items, making sure that Pack & Send had all the paperwork and paying, as well as, being there to receive it when it came into the UK. I received text message updates and Dean was very easy to communicate with over emails.

Parcel was weighed and a quote given over the phone. Parcel processed at 2 pm monday 30 th may and delivered during Wed 1 st june in pristine condition . Fantastic!
