Dodgy, pass the buck on "missing items", but still take your bucks regardless *Updated*
The item in question (laptop) was well packaged and had the "Pack and Send" and "Couriers Please" labels affixed in clearly visible locations.
Item was picked up by "Couriers Please" and scanned into their system. Item showed up as scanned into the "Pack and Send" system too.
Item was not delivered in a timely manner (wasn't delivered at all). I only found out from the recipient contacting me and advising that it had not arrived and I commenced contact with "Pack and Send" Customer support.

Read moreg in regards to timeliness of replies, I had to contact them multiple times after not receiving any call-backs or emails with updates. In the end, they "conducted" depot searches and could not find the package. "Pack and Send" finally contacted me to deny any liability and that the item was "missing in transit" even though it had tracking data in their systems.- 5 reviews

I have had a lot of problems I used this company which also uses courier please ,I have been told lies from courier please but pack and send are trying to resolve my package finally getting delivered
