Alright service
Easy to organise, package was picked up from my front door. Delivered quickly. Though I had chosen for my package to be handed to the buyer and signed for or taken to a post office and it was left on their property instead. The box had been roughed up but the contents were still okay. Attached is a photo of the condition the package had arrived in.
No worries, overall I'd still use your services again. My customer Was just a little bit disappointed :)

not the best experience
charged an extra $20 for apparently not having our parcel ready. 100% NOT CORRECT. The parcel was packed ready to go, well before i organised delivery online with Pack & Send.
No courier turned up on the due date yet we received the late fee charge. Parcel eventually was picked up on day 4 ... not happy Jan

Pretty good!
Unfortunately my package was collected a day late. I had to ring them and re book for the following day. Once collected it was delivered quickly. Overall quite easy to arrange online. I will use them again.

Online do it yourself does not offer an options other than 'signature on receipt'. More options please to be able to have more flexibility in the way the receiver and sender manages deliveries.

Shipping to Melbourne
Pack and Send is a great product, reliable with very reasonable rates. This time I dropped off packages at local Pack and Send depot. Items arrived in Melbourne sooner than I expected.

Can covid stop being an excuse?!
Booking online was easy
Having the parcel picked up was convenient
Transit time were atrocious
Age old excuse of covid effecting shipping times
Was told 3-4 business days for interstate delivery, with COVID adding possibly another 2.

Efficient service
The package was picked up a couple of days late, but the communication was excellent and very friendly. We are in a rural area so the late pick was to be expected. Tracking was exceptional. Would definitely use Pack and Send again.

Stressful
The package was picked up on time by StarTrack. I went, initially, to Pack and Send store and was advised the best and cheapest way was to use self-packing option. This was good advice.
When then parcel arrived interstate, I (the sender) was notified rather than the receiver that the parcel could be picked up. However, the parcel was then lost. It ended up back at Perth airport but, fortunately, it was retrieved in time!!
Not happy with the way it was dealt with. The employee was abrupt (rude) and offered no apology for the stress this whole event caused me.

I delivered the parcel to transport company

Messy but it got there.
Seems to have been a lot of paperwork needed to be printed out, some stuck on other stuff not. Why can't the dangerous goods paperwork be digitally signed when you book the pick up and the driver confirm it on their scanner? Parcels were not picked up on time and tracking information wasn't accurate at the end location.
Parcel wasn't delivered and had to be picked up from the depot that has limited operation hours (closed at 4). Good in theory but paid to have it delivered not to have to take time off work to go pick it up. Not a huge deal but..... Wasn't what I paid for.
Overall yes it was convenient that I didn't have to go to a shop and deal with Christmas shoppers and parking etc and delivery (shipping) was just as quick as auspost
