Pack and send pick up and delivery service. Very POOR.
Well how would I start, best to say there was no pick up delivery the collections guy just didn’t show up and I had to take my parcel personally to the pack and send store myself after many days of failing to get my parcel collected. The people at the store were helpful but the service from the start was non existent and I would not recommend this service. Also overall it was too long to get to my destination. You get what you pay for and wont be using this service again or this company, will pay more with another more reputable company.

Would not use again
Booked packages for collection before moving interstate. Courier didn’t show up and didn’t call to notify they wouldn’t be arriving as scheduled. We were moving out of our house the next day and all pack and send could offer us was to rebook the service for the following day. We ended up having to completely change plans to drive to drop them off at a collection centre. Not the service we paid for. Extremely disappointed and terrible customer service. Will not be using them again.

Terrible Service + Communication
Courier never showed up despite having a 9am - 5pm time range. No-one called to contact to let me know they weren't coming - I called multiple times throughout the day asking for an update and was not given one. Boxes had to be manually dropped at a drop-off center which was highly problematic. No-one followed up to explain why the courier service never arrived.

My package wasn’t picked up on the day I paid for it to be collected. When I called there was no one in customer service over the weekend so I left a message. I was never contacted back so I had to call them again. They apologised but offered me no recompense.

Terrible service - failed to collect
Paid for door to door service. Stayed home from work - courier never came. Same happened two more times. Drove an hour to drop off at depot myself. Not good enough.

Not the best experience.
After five days of waiting for my package to be collected and numerous phone calls to both Pack N Send customer service and the contracted carrier, I ended up having to drive 1.5 hours to deliver my package to the nearest Pack N Send depot.

Package not picked up from Sender address
Organised the Parcel delivery (NSW--> QLD) on Saturday (on line) for Monday pickup.
After 4 calls I was told on Friday (4 days later) to deliver the parcel to the depot in Erina NSW to have this delivered to QLD.
As this was a 100 KM round trip to the Depot, I am less than impressed with the pickup service.
Admittedly after I complained the refunded me my $30 of the shipping cost
