Great customer service - Norwood Pack & Send
Needing to arrange parcel collection for a bag left at Prague International airport and handed in to their lost & found. Leonie at Norwood was brilliant keeping good communication and arranging pick up from Prague Airport lost & found office and delivery to their office.

Extremely professional service
Had a custom built crate for some fragile pottery. Was shipped interstate with no issues and arrived on time. Very helpful and followed up with delivery date when it was shipped.

Service was excellent
I wanted to send a package from Queensland to myself in Victoria. The online ordering system at first didn't show the Queensland suburb. However, a call to the Help line resulted in an updated suburb list and the booking was completed. The parcel was picked up from my sister at the agreed time and arrived in good condition to my home in Victoria well within the time estimated.

Amazing and prompt service!
I was so delighted with the service from Prashant at Pack & Send at Mornington! After speaking to 3 other couriers with complicated processes and inexperienced staff I was very frustrated. Luckily, I called Pack and Send and everything was so easy! Prashant was kind, personable, and prompt with all communication, and my package even arrived a few days early.
