Can’t find my parcel, no updates and no deadlines given
I was suppose to receive my urgent parcel 6 days ago. There was no updates whatsoever and when I called, the lady insisted I would receive it a few days later. Today I called and they said it’s misplaced and will take 7-14 days to search. Totally irresponsible.
lost my belongings and horrible customer services
I was moving from Sydney to Melbourne. I had 7 boxes delivered from Sydney to Melbourne in January and I received 6 of them at the beginning of February. The seventh box was then claimed that it is delivered but I have never received it. All I got was a piece of cardboard (see attached pic) that was cut out of the original missing seventh box. I have no idea how that could happen. I tried to reach out to customer services and they kept telling me they were trying to resolve the problem. Quick and efficient
I have posted at least one -- possibly even two -- strongly negative reviews of Pack and Send. It seems only fair to write a positive one to reflect a different experience. Ordering was, as usual, simple via the DIY option online. Fantastic. The package was picked up in Melbourne within the specified time and was flagged for delivery in Sydney about 5 days later (on a Tuesday). $70 for 3 weeks late parcel from Illawarra to Adelaide
Purchased expensive bike wheels. Paid for courier, express send and insurance. After 4 weeks told it might be another two weeks. When I asked why I was told it was because of flooding in the far north of SA. I live in Adelaide. They then said it's probably because of the serious train derailment in the east of Adelaide. Kingsgrove (Syd) Pack and Send
Orig quote $80,took their advice packed item and resubmitted, new quote $60,"ok,pickup" (3 blocks from depot),Was then rang up, $85 (??),"unhappy but go ahead. Next call, it's $125,"Really ??". Well you packed it, its bigger now. lost it at this point, being disabled with poor hearing and speech I don't really enjoy being exploited, I also made another error and put down price I paid for item ($20) not its value ($150).I'm assuming my tool cabinet is now sitting on their wall . And just to emphasize how poor this service is,1 hour after losing it with them Sendle delivered a larger cabinet, also interstate within 2 days and a third of their price.

So good and timely, however the online tracking was an issue.
Picked up on time and delivered before it was expected, so fast. The only issue was that the online tracking was overloaded for the duration whilst the package was in transit.

Tracking a little loose
I've used Pack & Send for a few years, but the concern I've had with most of my deliveries was tracking. My package came 5 days earlier than was suggested by the in-built tracking system this time. Previously, I've received an email at 3am to make sure I was available at 7am for delivery. I don't check emails that time of the day. But, it is an affordable way to get my belongings interstate

Excellent service
Collected in Perth at 3pm and delivered in Canberra 11am 4 days later (including a public holiday).
The most expensive of all the quotes I received but previous reviews on here about other Courier Companies influenced my choice of Pack and Send.
The 9kg package arrived in good condition, and the contents were free from any damage. However, the tracking information was very poor, not nearly as informative as Australia Post. Pick up and delivery confirmation was all that was given.

Item never arrived. Its still lost 6 weeks later

Fast and competent service.
Cannot complain about the service I received. My parcel was collected on time and arrived very quickly (24 hrs after pick up travelling interstate) in perfect condition. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the heavy restrictions for packaging required to be able to collect on insurance if that is a need.

Crap service - they take your money and then don't care
I used 'Pack & Send' to pick up an Embroidery Machine from Victoria and deliver it to Perth, I paid extra for because I wanted the parcel signed for, from there, I received no tracking information, except 'Expected delivery Tuesday 4th Aug' It didn't come, and there was still no traking information, so I rang Pack & Send, I was told someone would get back to me in the morning, Wednesday I received an email saying my parcels were still in transit, and to use the tracking number and it will let me know when my parcels are being delivered.

Company based on sham practices, Coburg branch owner abusive to clients
This company works with couriers who, in our area (Coburg) seem to regularly not attempt delivery and direct you to pack & send to pick up parcels. This despite being in the middle of a pandemic.
