Easy, fantastic service
I booked for a large item to collect for delivery to NSW. It was collected on time, the delivery drive was friendly ans knowledgeable. The item was delivered the next day safely to NSW. An easy and great service. (From a mum with two young children)

Excellent service very fast pickup & delivery
We chose sendle as our 1st choice not knowing a lot about sending parcels & it was over 10 days waiting. In that time we chose pack & send & it was the best decision we made for postage. We will always use pack & send again

Became aware of PACK and SEND when I received my first golf clubs I bought on Ebay back in 2006. Surprised they arrived 2 days after I won the auction and all in one piece and there was no obvious trauma to the package. At 3.30pm 14/04/2022 I received and Email from P&S to say my parcel had been delivered. So Easy
I’ve been using Pack & Send during the COVID disruptions to send products to overseas and Australian customers . Because they aren’t affiliated with just one freight company and use many with their own aircraft my deliveries have been completed. The booking and labeling system is super easy and customer service is excellent. I highly recommend them.

Once again, excellent fast reliable service.

GREAT VALUE AND GREAT SERVICE
I was sending a Bike from Perth to Regional NE Victoria. The booking process onloine was simple and easy to follow. I booked one day and the bike was picked up the next day, a Friday.
You can image my delight when my bike arrived on my door on the Tuesday , 5 days later. Spectacular.
The price was very reasonable for the service they provided.
Note- I had found a cheaper price on one of the big name couriers, but then discovered, after paying, they only pick up and deliver to businesses, not houses. Got a quick refund but anoying.

Excellent service, massive improvement since last year!
Had a poor experience last year during lockdowns in Melbourne with our usual go to courier PackSend. All about patience and flexibility, especially during COVID but 4 weeks to deliver within 40kms was just.....insane
This was during a period where 10km travel restrictions where in place and we are not a business. So we had to rely on a courier provider for a certain task.
This time, April 2022 the item was collected by the Third Party agent (Star Track) at 4pm on day of collection, which seemed late but hey, they turned up so that's a lot mor...
