PACK & SEND

Pack and Send is a great product, reliable with very reasonable rates. This time I dropped off packages at local Pack and Send depot. Items arrived in Melbourne sooner than I expected.

I have posted at least one -- possibly even two -- strongly negative reviews of Pack and Send. It seems only fair to write a positive one to reflect a different experience. Ordering was, as usual, simple via the DIY option online. Fantastic. The package was picked up in Melbourne within the specified time and was flagged for delivery in Sydney about 5 days later (on a Tuesday). picked up Dec 22, ETA was Dec29, parcel was actually delivered next day Dec23, very quick during this time of year. It would be nice if price can come down a bit.

Easy to use website to get a quote and arrange for job. A slight issue with pickup which was quickly resovled. Package delivered within 2 days, which was great service.

Good communication and pretty painless. A bit on the expensive side but the package got there in 2 days - dropped off on Tuesday, delivered on the Thursday. Nice and quick.

Very satisfied and relieved with the prompt and safe delivery of my parcel from Perth to Qld. I was able to track the parcel accurately and had friendly service at Pack & Send at Bibra Lakes .

Great service given on the phone and at the pack and send centres..
the problem is I paid for sign for delivery and insurance option but the item was simply left at the delivery location at the clients door unsigned and exposed to potential theft. Just not good enough

I had the package picked up from Perth on a Friday and delivered to Sydney on Monday. Very quick turnaround. I did have to contact customer service though because the driver didn't pick up on the originally planned Wednesday.

Picked up on time and delivered before it was expected, so fast. The only issue was that the online tracking was overloaded for the duration whilst the package was in transit.

Package was picked up and deivered quickly. However, received email from local store after package had arrived interstate to say delivery had been cancelled because package contained batteries; this was incorrect. Caused much anxiety.

The man who came and pick up my parcel for delivery made me literally scared!

The scheduled pick up time was supposed to be 9am-5pm, but your staff came at 8:30am without notice! I was still asleep and my husband opened the door, asked him to wait because he doesn’t know where the parcel is.

During that 5 mins of wait time, your staff kept yelling loudly, banged on the door, banged on the garage door, and keep pressing the doorbell while my husband have a 3 months old baby at his arm to deal with.

I came downstairs and I said to my husband I am literally scared of this man. He sounded so angry and violent.

My husband then gave me the baby and grab the box to give to this man.

Fast arrived before time, only thing tracking was off and it would have been good if notification via sms could have been up to date. As package was outside unattended.

package was picked up on time and tracking that worked properly. I done the self serve and it was very easy to do. I will definitely use pack and send again .

I've used Pack & Send for a few years, but the concern I've had with most of my deliveries was tracking. My package came 5 days earlier than was suggested by the in-built tracking system this time. Previously, I've received an email at 3am to make sure I was available at 7am for delivery. I don't check emails that time of the day. But, it is an affordable way to get my belongings interstate

Staff were helpful, and helped label my package properly without charge. Store conveniently located and open for long enough for me to get there without taking time out of my full time job.
