Was pleasantly surprised how thoroughly our pieces were wrapped and protected for transport, and how fast they arrived. Can't recommend highly enough the team at pack n send. The follow-up calls were appreciated.

Pack & Send was absolutely amazing! Very cheap considering the amount of hardware to come back to our business - and the delivery time was amazing. I've used other courier companies in the past which stated they had "good service" - but Pack & Send actually lived up to that statement. I will DEFINITELY be using Pack & Send in the future. Excellent communication from Toni throughout. Toni was lovely and helpful from the initial estimated quote to confirmation of price when the items were brought in by the seller to the discussion on suitable wrapping to ensure safe delivery. The parcel arrived today on the North Coast of NSW, earlier than expected. Items were beautifully packed to ensure no damage . We are delighted with the service from Pack and Send Bibra Lake WA.

Amazing service, package arrived before scheduled date. International requirements all sorted out by pack and send. Extremely helpful and efficient when package was received. Only suggestion is a door to door drop for international deliveries would be a bonus

Michael at Pack & Send Eltham arranged for a parcel to be delivered from my cousin in Houston Texas. It was picked up at 11:00 am her time on Friday (4:00 am Saturday morning in Melbourne) and arrived at 3:30 pm on Monday after travelling 15,000 kms ! What manner of witchcraft is this? How is it even possible? Thanks Michael- excellent service. Definitely recommend to anyone.

I wasn't sure if I could send the parcel by self service so rang the customer service team, they were very polite and helpful. Very speedy delivery from Qld to Vic and they were the cheapest quote. Very impressed and will definitely use them again.

I have posted at least one -- possibly even two -- strongly negative reviews of Pack and Send. It seems only fair to write a positive one to reflect a different experience. Ordering was, as usual, simple via the DIY option online. Fantastic. The package was picked up in Melbourne within the specified time and was flagged for delivery in Sydney about 5 days later (on a Tuesday).
