Very poor service-
Parcel was picked up on time and was lost for over 1 month and when it was delivered most items in the box were damages or broken.
I will be putting in a claim but expect the service will be just as painful.
Bad communication and follow up except for a few.
Very unhappy and will not be using Pack & send or their NSW partner.
The most horrible service I've ever used
Arranged for an item from NSW 2541. It took exactly 4 weeks to get delivered to Sydney.
I made several contacts to track the item, but rarely got updated.
Extremely poor communication, not reliable.
I should have avoided using Pack&Send. I'll never use it again.
The item was elivered 8 weeks late, after being told it was lost. Customer support was defensive and rude throughout the entire process, unable to recognise the fault of their service.
The box also arrived in horrible condition
My Item was sent explicitly with direction of my sign at delivery time.
Instead the currier just throw 3500$ worth box outiside my house and left without wait anyone to pick it up!!
I dont mind that the item arrived with a week of delay ,But this is unacceptable!!!!
Don’t use this company, or Fastway couriers
Please don’t use this company, more over don’t use Fastway couriers either as that is who Pack and Send deal with. When I placed the delivery online I was quoted for 3-5 days giving 2-3 days for covid restriction things then got my package 4 weeks later. Package was picked up on time but then proceeded to take a week to get from Canberra to Sydney, then sat at the Sydney depot for almost 3 weeks. Then when I received my package the box was damaged and my stuff was falling out. That was $2,400 worth of goods you should take care of your customers packages a little better don’t you think.
was not delivered when i wanted it, the terms were not explained to me before it was collected, complete mis representation of the service. i paid for over night service hence i expect a refund
Affordable Service - Not the best technology
The online self-service was user friendly and affordable. However, when the parcel was picked up and for several hours after, the status on the tracking link was not updated. I had to send an email to confirm the pick up of the parcel. Moreover, customer service were not able to give me an ETA. Furthermore, although I paid for a signature, my parcel was left in front of my door (understandably, this is due to the pandemic; however, the online service should note that)
Bad communication but very cheap and I received the packages after a 2 day delay
The packages were booked a week in advance and were picked up 2 days late after I’d canceled it. I left a message after the packages were not picked up and no one ever got back to me also because the driver didn’t buzz the apartment and the job was canceled we were concerned the goods were stolen from the apartment foyer. When I rang to confirm I was told the driver picked them up even though I’d cancelled the order so I Icancelled the cancel and the packages were delivered the next day. The cost was incredibly cheap though so the service was good value but bad communication. I’m happy they were delivered in the end.

Absolutely terrible service, courier missed pick up date so I called customer service and got an excuse. 8days later and several calls to customer service they finally cancelled the courier, and rebooked another. 14days for parcel delivery is simply not good enough, first and last time I use Pack n Send
Slow, required a lot of follow up
Booked a pick up for Wednesday, it wasn’t collected until the following Tuesday, after I called 3 times to ask what had happened. I didn’t appreciate the lateness nor the need to follow up myself. I understand that there is a leak in demand at the moment, and a 1-2 day delay was flagged on the website. I would’ve understood this if the communication had been better.
Ridiculous - don't waste your money
Package wasn't picked up for 2 weeks, despite the sender being home. The package was then passed onto 2 different delivery companies, for which I didn't receive a tracking number. I Received the package a month later than expected. Absolutely ridiculous - it's worth paying the money for a reputable company.
Quite possibly the worst delivery service...
The item was 4 business days late and no update was provided via the tracking info on its whereabouts and despite ringing and requesting information from the service centre on 4 separate occasions, still, no update was provided.
When the item was finally delivered, it was left unattended on the ground in the rain about 150m from my house despite the gate code being provided! (see attached image) NEVER consider using this courier.

Competition of the booking form is a bit painful. Why can it not remember past common records? The tool is not updated inline with tracking. Most of my bookings show undelivered still.
UPDATE: 35 days and counting with no update
I had sensitive documents to be picked up from Canberra and delivered to Perth. Booked them in to pick up and they were a day late. From day one to now, day 18 (day 35 now) , the online tracking has not been updated and just says in transit. 18 days day (35 now) ! APPALLING! their online quote says 5-6 days. Are you joking?
I have emailed and called twice. All times they said they will get an urgent ETA and will call me back with an update.
I'm still waiting for my call back and my package.

Don't waste your time using this service
The package took six days to be collected
Although the staff promised to escalate the service the package still has not been delivered
The tracking information provided is hopelessly inadequate.
After the package was picked up they still could not ensure delivery - small print says that delivery can take up 2 - 3 days after collection
I will never use this again - everyone should be aware that it can take up to 10 days to receive your delivery - Australia Post would have been much faster.
