Booked a package for Friday not picked up til Wednesday after several calls
Asked for a quote for an oversized item twice, promised a call back, still nothing back from them.
Courier was unreliable.
Courier was suppose to come tuesday, took a day off work, they didnt come. Had to take another day off on the wednesday only for them to come to the door, see no parcel and leave.
Got an email saying there was no goods, although I had left on the instructions to ring the door bell. So had to end up going to the centre to drop off the parcel after 2 days off.
Let down by the local agent.
I booked on Sunday for a Monday pickup. No one turned up. Waited all day Tuesday. Nothing. I phoned and was told there'd be someone there Wednesday. Nothing. I phoned again and was told that the local agent would be there on Thursday. Nothing. Pack and Send made some inquiries and I was told the local agent would pick up before 2pm Friday. The local agent finally showed at 10 minutes to 2pm. It was an extremely frustrating experience which became embarrassing for me as I couldn't give my customer any reasons for the delay. The people at the hel...p desk were great but they can only do so much. It appeared there was little support coming from the upper echelons. If not for the efforts of one help desk person who went the extra mile for me I believe the delay would've gone on into the following week. Hopefully this problem will get sorted but I doubt I'll be using Pack and Send for some time at least.
Delivery got there
Large parcel got to the address ok, but it took a while. During the process tracking was not consistent, so it was hard to work out the parcel actual location.
Previously when I used Pack & Send they were fantastic, this time though they were disappointing. The parcel was just dropped at the recipients front door without the courier ringing the bell or knocking also the parcel arrived at the address a day later. It appeared, through the tracking, the parcel was just sitting somewhere overnight.

Despite booking well ahead, the item was not picked up for TWO days past the due date and only after two phone calls. Lots of apologies, little service and unreliable
Staff at shop did not know how to accept parcels
Their prices are competitive, and the online process is solid, but the staff person at the shop did not know how to accept self service parcels. He fidgeted around behind the desk and then admitted he had not been trained. I just left them there awkwardly and took a photo as evidence because my prepaid quote was uninsured. The tracking updated for the first time more than 24hrs later. Items arrived safely.
Promised 2-3 days, took 10
Booked and collected the parcel and it was delivered to Melboune on a Tuesday but then took another week to get to the destination. My client was expecting the parcel and I promised a swift delivery - Pack & Send accepted no responsibility for the delay on their suppliers.
Price good, fast but
The only problem is quite lots of time parcel were not picked up on the day I booked. Well, it is troublesome coz I can’t always wait for that. If the driver can’t come should stop least message me or their route or arrangements should be better. 8 out of 10 times they didn’t come on the day I booked .
No better than any other courier service
On booking the service there were two options - Express and Normal. I chose Express which the booking page suggested next day pickup and delivery. This turned out to be wrong. It wasn't picked up until late in the afternoon, and was not delivered same day nor next day, but late in the afternoon of the next. So much for Express. The receiver rang them and asked for status, was told he would receive a callback, which of course didn't happen. Very poor delivery and customer service.

P&S Provide excellent service. Email instructions and paperwork are easy to understand and put in place. Picked up from our premises. good value. We use Pack & Send whenever we want to send a package.
The courier service itself and track & trace information was an absolute disgrace...it was a complete shambles and no knew anything about where my urgent shipment was or when my customer would receive it!!!
I will never use Pack & Send again and will never recommend your services!!
Package was dropped off ready to go early friday morning at Pack+Send North Melbourne for delivery to address 115km up highway.
Delivered to the town Post Office not stated address on Tuesday morning.
I paid for 1-2 day delivery to an address.
This is not what i got as a service.
Great, professional and friendly service by P&S Bibra Lake. A few minor issues were resolved very quickly with no hassles.
DHL let P&S's quick service down. Arrived in NZ on schedule but huge delays clearing Customs etc.
