Quite possibly the worst delivery service...
The item was 4 business days late and no update was provided via the tracking info on its whereabouts and despite ringing and requesting information from the service centre on 4 separate occasions, still, no update was provided.
When the item was finally delivered, it was left unattended on the ground in the rain about 150m from my house despite the gate code being provided! (see attached image) NEVER consider using this courier.
Excellent ONLINE service option
Cabin luggage sent from Melbourne to Regional Victoria.
I was a bit worried about some reviews but finally I paid the basic online service: $27 in place of doing by the local provider: $60 approx they told me on the phone.
In less than 24 hours the luggage was delivered in perfect conditions.

Nothing is to hard
I called with an unusual request and the service and understanding we received nothing was an issue. From picking up the items to sorting through them and repackaging them!! Communication was amazing
Package was picked up & delivered as promised - even earlier than hoped. Will definitely use again & recommend to others. Joe from Mittagong branch was very helpful and I am happily reunited with my mobile phone!
Don't waste your time using this service
The package took six days to be collected
Although the staff promised to escalate the service the package still has not been delivered
The tracking information provided is hopelessly inadequate.
After the package was picked up they still could not ensure delivery - small print says that delivery can take up 2 - 3 days after collection
I will never use this again - everyone should be aware that it can take up to 10 days to receive your delivery - Australia Post would have been much faster.

I have used Pack & Send three times this year. I have always the person who organised the service and I was always the receiver.
The first two times their services were very satisfactory. The whole experience was smooth and quick without any issues at all. I was a very happy customer.
So naturally I used them again the third time. That's beginning of my nightmare.

Making freight easy!
I needed to freight my snowboard across states from storage so I was able to take it on a trip to New Zealand. Pack and send made everything so easy, from picking it up from its exact location, to getting it delivered quickly and safely in time for my trip. Cannot thank you enough.
Previously great experiences negated by appalling customer service
Sent small painting to Sydney, packed in a bespoke wooden box with anti-shock padding and screw down lid. Drove 127 kilometres to my nearest store in Wagga to drop it off and they couldn't be more helpful.
Getting the work back was a different matter. The return was cancelled because a painting is classified as 'dangerous goods' if booked online. I was provided with this information by a rude, repetitive and uninterested employee named [Name Removed] who couldn't be less helpful given that my request to transfer all the necessary paperwork to...the storefront empowered to assist was not granted and I had to go through all the details again with that store. So apparently if you book online a painting is dangerous, if you ring for service or attend a storefront, it is not. Nothing, nothing was any different to my previous uses of their service for exactly the same purpose, destination and pick-up. The customer service officer's constant reference to the FAQ's on the website was her response to my equally insistent responses that I had used the service multiple times before without a problem. Very poor.

Package picked up on time, delivered early, was in perfect condition and I would definitely reccommend to others as it was so easy to use. I was looking forward to this item arriving and when it came early I was very happy :o)

Worst courier company
Package did not arrive on paid scheduled date. They used a third party courier aramex and neither company got back to me with any update after 4 days of continuously calling and emailing. Total lack of customer care or communication
