Took 3 weeks longer than on the tracking then they gave me a partial refund and in the next breath they take $33 from my credit card saying parcel was larger than stated in self service booking. It seems strange that this could not have been noticed at initial pick up when weight /size is checked ? Not impressed timing is very sus. Won’t use again.
Would never use them again. Failed to pick up twice (took 2 phone calls) then package arrived a week late.
Booked in the job on Nov 10th, pickup was stated for November 11th from Bright, Vic to Brunswick, Melbourne, and the package was not picked up on the day Pack and Send specified. I called later that day to enquire and the operator said they would pick up the next morning (12th), which also didn't happen. I called again to rearrange the pickup and they said they would escalate. the Saturday morning the package was collected (13th).

Pathetic customer service and no accountability!
Booked a parcel to be picked up in Perth, the day came and went and I received no notification it had been picked up. Called customer service to be fed lies about it being regional. It was 20 minutes outside of Perth CBD, hardly regional. Had to call multiple times to get through to someone as their phone system intermittently hung up on me. Kept getting excuses and brushed off. Staff did not care when I threatened to cancel the job. Would never use them again!
Update: 1 hour after rebooking with TNT the parcel was picked up! So much for your crap about couriers being too busy Pack & Send!
I booked and paid online and agreed to deliver the parcel to the Capalaba depot for dispatch to Sydney. The reason I used Pack and Send was because online they said the parcel would be delivered in three days. The tracking information showed that the parcel did not leave Brisbane until four days after I dropped it off at Capalaba. It was not delivered until a week later. VERY disappointing.
Picked up a day late, no biggie. Item then went to their subcontractor, where tracking said it was in the depot 40 days. Then said it was lost, wouldn't take responsibility. I've found it since. Do not go with this mob, not worth it. Go elsewhere and get transit insurance. Never again.

The pickup was timely and easy. It said it would be there within a week, and it took a month. I got a really hard time from my client who missed out on a job opportunity because his parcel was so late.
4 weeks to send and deliver something and another week to follow up. Ended up ringing the actual courier myself because I didn’t get an answer from them at all
No stars for service. Parcel took 16 days to travel about 150kms. Parcel was thrown over the front fence and damaged. Very disappointed in this company and will not use them again.
Didn't arrive on time, delayed a lot, anyway I got my bags. They communicated time to time. I am ok with the service but not happy. Will send next time as well.
It took a week to be picked up and another 2 weeks to arrive. Service was terrible and is really a snail type delivery service. I would not use them again.
Self service courier outsourced, no one came to collect
I was under the impression that Pack & Send manages all the courier service themselves. Based on the reviews on the website, I thought I would give their Self Service a try. So I scheduled pick-up for today.
It was only after the job was scheduled and paid that I discovered that it was CouriersPlease handling the job. I looked up CouriersPlease to discover that they had really horrible reviews.
Anyway, I waited for the courier until 4pm, then reached out to 24/7 chat and spoke to a person named 'Lisa'. I raised the issue where their tracking ...says 'Pending' and I was concerned that it was not scheduled. I was assured that it was scheduled so waited until 6pm, and no one came. I then reached out to 24/7 chat again, and they told me to call their 1300-number during business hours - so that's really of no help. So much for prompt courier service. Note that there are other companies which outsources to CouriersPlease too, with lower rates and insurance up to $1,000 included as part of the courier. Pack & Send on the other hand charges $20 for insurance for $1,000. Just look elsewhere if you intend to use their Self Service platform.
Very poor service-
Parcel was picked up on time and was lost for over 1 month and when it was delivered most items in the box were damages or broken.
I will be putting in a claim but expect the service will be just as painful.
Bad communication and follow up except for a few.
Very unhappy and will not be using Pack & send or their NSW partner.
Very Late Collection
They keep on saying that they already escalated the collection of my package, But there is no action done, keep on promising that the package will be collected but until now, package still sitting in the house waiting to be collected.

When I booking it said they will pick up the next day between 9am and 5pm. Had someone waiting all day but no one showed up and the parcel was not picked up. Unreliable and can’t be trusted when you need something delivered on time.
The most horrible service I've ever used
Arranged for an item from NSW 2541. It took exactly 4 weeks to get delivered to Sydney.
I made several contacts to track the item, but rarely got updated.
Extremely poor communication, not reliable.
I should have avoided using Pack&Send. I'll never use it again.
