Where is the parcel?
I would not use this service again. The parcel was collected one day late. After collection the parcel was not trackable for 10 days until it was delivered. I had to make many phone calls and send emails. Customer service were ok but I could tell they were frustrated with me. I think it is better to use Australia Post.
paid over $200 for a small domestic shipment , half received and other half lost !!!!

Crap service - they take your money and then don't care
I used 'Pack & Send' to pick up an Embroidery Machine from Victoria and deliver it to Perth, I paid extra for because I wanted the parcel signed for, from there, I received no tracking information, except 'Expected delivery Tuesday 4th Aug' It didn't come, and there was still no traking information, so I rang Pack & Send, I was told someone would get back to me in the morning, Wednesday I received an email saying my parcels were still in transit, and to use the tracking number and it will let me know when my parcels are being delivered.
Poor time estimate
Picked the package up when they said they would, but the 1-3 days is a flat out lie. Took 11 days from hallam, Melbourne - to Geelong. I've had packages from the UK get here quicker... Box was damaged but the internal item was packed well by the sender so was in one piece. I had also paid for signature on delivery, as it was an item worth over $400, they just dropped it at the front door. Carrier they used to pick it up in this instance was DHL.
Company based on sham practices, Coburg branch owner abusive to clients
This company works with couriers who, in our area (Coburg) seem to regularly not attempt delivery and direct you to pack & send to pick up parcels. This despite being in the middle of a pandemic. When I went to pick up my latest parcel, which was directed here without an attempted delivery, despite having chronic conditions and need to reduce external exposure due to COVID, and I raised this as an issue with the owner, I was met with a torrent of abuse and threats from the owner. Including yelling in my face while the owner didn't even have a m...ask on. It was a shocking experience. Thankfully I had my phone with me so I could document this. I suggest staying well away from any businesses that form a part of this cluster: pack & send, courrers please, and sendle. And especially, p&s Coburg, with an abusive, nasty owner.
Delivery promised next day and didn't arrive called the number no one answers if there was 0 star i would leave 0 star
I posted an item and before doin so i asked if item will be delivered next day and i was promised it will reach the destination by end of business day next day so i booked and paid next day item didnt arrive when i called i was told no one can't promise you that will arrive next day and person was rude to me i would never use pack and send again or couriers please as they are same company.

Paid express , but needed 500% longer than advertised , refund declined

I can understand her decision to decline refund, but I can’t understand why she didn’t offer me discount automatically
Obviously whoever is responsible has not studied how to do costumer service.

Just to remind you , it’s been express shipping insured and paid $35,67 the distance was 100km from Bunbury WA to DAWESVILLE WA , In time of open regional BORDERS.
MISLEAD ADVERTISING 1-2days delivery PAID took 5days
Even though the package was picked up on time, and arrived in great condition.
It took 5days to deliver and we had payed for 1-2days delivery. Did not receive accurate tracking details when item arrived in country of delivery. Customer service were rude and issue was never resolved.
Be careful who this gets sub contracted to
Item was sent through pack and send. It was then sub contracted to couriers please. I suggest pack and send look at "couriers please" reviews before continuing to do business with them. I understand things can go wrong and get lost but there is a complete lack of communication. I can't get any info from either pack and send or "couriers please" on where my delivery is. I have contacted both several times. "Couriers please" FAQ is just misdirection and asks you to contact the depot but doesn't tell you which depot or even how to contact th...em. It has now been almost 2 weeks to send a package a few suburbs across town and no one can tell me anything. I know this is not pack and sends fault directly but they are the ones who choose who to sub contract to and need to be accountable for who they choose. Compare this to sendle who got me my delivery the very next morning after ordering at night
Currently sitting at 8 days for a package to travel 25 minutes and now they can’t find it. Absolutely useless service! No idea how this was so hard to just get done.
Do not use Adelaide East Franchise
Items purchased at Adelaide antique fair October 2019 for sending to Perth. Total lack of communication from franchise owner on status. Items lodged 18/10 were not received until 12/11 however they were damaged. Fortunately paid insurance premium however payment not received until 27/3/2020. The whole process has taken five (5) months.
Waste of money
Ordered 2-3 day express service from Brisbane to Christchurch, package was picked up from Brisbane on time.
Package then sat in Auckland for two days with no contact regarding duties from UPS (pack and send sub contractor), UPS then couldnt locate the package as they had offloaded to another company. Pack and send tracking still showed as being in customs right until delivery was made on day 7.

Lost a guitar, couldnt track it and still too this day have no idea.
Do not use. There useless phone support is unbearable to understand and they just dont care.
Work with the consumer affairs on postal issues eith pack n send.
Lazy service - won’t chase up with suppliers even though packages are late
I booked an interstate delivery of products from America.
Only 2/4 of the packages arrived and when I called pack and send to ask about the other two they simply stated to keep calling DHL or Couriers please cos they “didn’t know”
Instead of actually chasing this up and finding out where my items were they palmed it off to another company.
I won’t be using packnsend again... the fact I paid packnsend and they didn’t chase up with their supplier courier companies (I had to) is beyond poor service.
In summary - If I pay someone to take care of something for me and they don’t do that and get me to chase it up with the people they engaged it just makes me think why do I appoint this person
The worst service I ever had
I'm the sender and reciever as it was a package that was picked up from a friend house.
I was waiting for three days in arrow every single morning and afternoon waiting for them because they were telling me the package will arrive and it never came.
Definitely the worst service I ever had.
The deliver can't even ring the interphone to check if you are at home. Do I supposed to be waiting on the street? Horrible.
No help at all at the service center, just good words without any sense.
I rang up this mob up after my local guy (Wagga Wagga,NSW) told me get a quote from Adamstown.
However few days later after getting things sorted for pick up & delivery arrangement.
A bill arrives for the delivery which is higher than quote for the job as I've written down the price on my paper while on the phone !! Plus person agreed the cost of the job while I add it up while on the phone !!

Plus I get 2 different stories what the company process for the delivery !! Lack ...of standard of procedures !! No tracking Number supplied !!! So you're basically left in the dark about the whole process !! No courtesy call when the item has been picked up !! The customer who told brought the item have told me the company has picked up the item NOT Pack & Send !!! No apologies from either party !! So very poor Experience from Pack & Send for the first time customer !!! The couriers can do this half the price for the same job & quicker turnaround as well !!
Worst company ever
Booked a service online for one small tile sample and was told that I would receive it the next day what didn't happened.
Called a number of time and the staff didn't know where the package was eventually someone told me that my package was on the way and I would receive it by the end of the day and if it didn't come to call them back. Long story short 3 days latter and I am still waiting and the staff still don't know where it is.
Misguided info, hidden costs, stolen items
It has been the worst experience and i really wanted to share this. I sent my personal things overseas by sea fright. Estimated time of arrival was 40days given to me. It turned into 3.5months!!
No one knew half way through where my things were, one stage when they were in Germany, they provided me german contact phone numbers to track my belongings myself, these ppl didn’t even speak English in Germany.

Package not delivered. Refused to refund
Package was picked up from one location. Didn't hear anything for 2 weeks. Then returned. No phone calls, emails or explaination, just charged full fee. After many phone calls we've given up on every seeing a refund. Would not recommend this company. They even suggested that we were lucky they didn't charge us a return fee. Ridiculous.

Arranged a $70 service to pick up documents from a client to my office. Pick up was done but documents were not received by the 5pm deadline the next day. I had to chase it up myself this morning. Franchisee said it was because the building was closed at 4.30pm which was utter nonsense for a multi story office building in the Sydney CBD. Told me the courier would arrive soon this morning which is disappointing given I paid $70 for it to arrive the day before. They also said they do not offer a refund even though they clearly did not do what the...y were paid to do. When I asked the courier what happened when the document did arrive, he said he just did not have time to deliver it and he is only being paid $2 per delivery by his company Go Logistics!!!
I have had a lot of problems I used this company which also uses courier please ,I have been told lies from courier please but pack and send are trying to resolve my package finally getting delivered
