Took 3 weeks longer than on the tracking then they gave me a partial refund and in the next breath they take $33 from my credit card saying parcel was larger than stated in self service booking. It seems strange that this could not have been noticed at initial pick up when weight /size is checked ? Not impressed timing is very sus. Won’t use again.
Poor service all round
Package wasn’t picked up 4 days after booking after being escalated and promises made it would be pick up that day. Finally had to drop it off at a depot for it to actually ship and then almost at 2 weeks to go from sydney to Newcastle. The standard covid excuse and lead up to Xmas offered. Wasn’t overly impressed.
website deceptive regarding delivery times
Actually delivery windows hidden in pop ups, not visible on booking page. Needs to be rectified as is misleading.

Tony at management was more interested in my issue and not rude at all.
Parcel not delivered within delivery window.
I booked and paid online and agreed to deliver the parcel to the Capalaba depot for dispatch to Sydney. The reason I used Pack and Send was because online they said the parcel would be delivered in three days. The tracking information showed that the parcel did not leave Brisbane until four days after I dropped it off at Capalaba. It was not delivered until a week later. VERY disappointing.
Picked up a day late, no biggie. Item then went to their subcontractor, where tracking said it was in the depot 40 days. Then said it was lost, wouldn't take responsibility. I've found it since. Do not go with this mob, not worth it. Go elsewhere and get transit insurance. Never again.
Won’t be using their services again.
The pickup was timely and easy. It said it would be there within a week, and it took a month. I got a really hard time from my client who missed out on a job opportunity because his parcel was so late.
4 weeks to send and deliver something and another week to follow up. Ended up ringing the actual courier myself because I didn’t get an answer from them at all
It took a week to be picked up and another 2 weeks to arrive. Service was terrible and is really a snail type delivery service. I would not use them again.
Nice idea let down
Pick up was set for a Thursday. the package was finally picked up after almost a week.
The delivery was supposed to be 1-3 days, not having the package picked up for almost a week is very disappointing. Customer service was very helpful with my complaints and offered help when needed.
Once the package was picked up delivery was fast.
The most horrible service I've ever used
Arranged for an item from NSW 2541. It took exactly 4 weeks to get delivered to Sydney.
I made several contacts to track the item, but rarely got updated.
Extremely poor communication, not reliable.
I should have avoided using Pack&Send. I'll never use it again.
Very slow to pick up
It took almost 3 weeks for the package to get picked up. delivery time after that was surprisingly good.
Support staff were courteous but I got promises several times that I don’t believe were acted on.
I may try one more time but pick up had to improve.
9 days to travel across Melbourne? During that time we booked 2 packages for delivery with Sendle each of which was delivered within 24 hours. Say no more. Don't use Pack n Send if you want timely, reliable delivery. Also the package was left in the stairwell of a small block of apartments with only 2 flights of open-air outside stairs whereas Sendle delivered to the apartment door. Pathetic service!
Awful rude service from store and email communication
After racing my parcel down to the store on Wednesday morning (to get it to VIC in time for my friend’s birthday) it didn’t get sent from the location until 5pm the following day. Why did it sit there for over 24hrs? I asked via email and the response was, well you didn’t choose the ($245) express package so it gets sent when it gets sent. What a disgusting attitude and service.

Absolutely terrible service, courier missed pick up date so I called customer service and got an excuse. 8days later and several calls to customer service they finally cancelled the courier, and rebooked another. 14days for parcel delivery is simply not good enough, first and last time I use Pack n Send
No customer service provided
I used the online self service to send items. I waited all day for pick up, during which I made several confirmation phone calls. The driver didn’t show up & didn’t call. A day wasted. He arrived on the Monday without notice. I contacted Pack & Send & was told I didn’t have an avenue for complaint as I’d used the “self service” option. Terrible lack of service, courtesy & attitude on the last phone call. Do not recommend.

Do you guys have any warehouse/ depot in the USA to drop off items to be shipped to Australia
