Online quoting and pricing good but customer service in drop off center poor!
Quick and easy to quote and purchase online, but service i received in the drop off center was poor. My box had a slight bow in the cardboard (2cm) which I was charged an additional $20 for but this bow was simply from lying on its side in my car, which would have been easily fixed if I was allowed to use some of their tape.
Despite booking well ahead, the item was not picked up for TWO days past the due date and only after two phone calls. Lots of apologies, little service and unreliable

Booked and collected the parcel and it was delivered to Melboune on a Tuesday but then took another week to get to the destination. My client was expecting the parcel and I promised a swift delivery - Pack & Send accepted no responsibility for the delay on their suppliers.
Had to call four times, took 3 attempts to even get the courier to collect the package. Then it was left in an unsafe place downstairs in the building, well after the estimated delivery date, and not at our office as instructed.
Drop my package at pack & send on Thursday, & they forgot to pick up, checked website on Tuesday morning next week & my package still sitting at pack & send, I contacted customer service asking for pick up asap, the good news is they could pick up on that day. I can't imagine if I didn't contact pack & send, may be my package has never pick up.

Document collected on the 23/12/2020, but wasn't delivered until the 4/01/2021. I paid for express service which obviously wasn’t provided.
Very disappointed as it was an important delivery of my passport for Visa Approval.
Document was returned via Australia Post Express service and took 1 day from Canberra.
1 star for pickup, and 1 star for actually delivering the Document to the receivers address.
After repeated emails and phone calls package was picked up at the end of 3 days of staying at home and waiting!!!! It then took 2 weeks to be delivered to address in Perth after my daughter phoning the depot. Although I did not specify that parcel had to be signed for they did not leave package on first attempt because no one was home. Apologies plenty but chaotic and no organizing capability that I could see. Will ever use again.
Picked the delivery 3 days late.
The delivery was supposed to be picked on Friday morning and they didn't pick it until Monday afternoon. I had to call them 3 times to arrange this instead of the other way around. Poor service.

Parcel to Japan
Website said delivery to Japan 2-3 days. Actual time taken 2 weeks. Paid twice Aust post rates for the service. Chose to send via Pack n Send due to Aust Post delay in getting original shipment to customer. Aust Post arrived there before Pack n Send did:(
Following the day the parcel was picked up, there was absolutely zero tracking information from your carrier until the parcel arrived at its destination.
This type of silence is unacceptable. What is the point of you saying I can track the parcel when I can't. Your employee explained to me that maybe the carrier did not have the equipment to ensure a flow of information. THEN, DON'T USE THEM. They are spoiling your reputation.
I have given 1 star for prompt collection, and another star for actual delivery, but in between the service was rubbish.
I used the online self service to organise a package pick up.
It was scheduled for pick up on the 30/04, it was not getting picked up from my address so I needed to organise a day that would suit the 3rd party.
To cut a very long story short, after numerous emails and calls to pack and send the package finally got picked up on the 07/05.
I know pack and send rely on other courier company’s but it was a very frustrating event
They don't collect
My last two orders were booked, paid for, and then no one came to collect them for days. I had to remind them that I had a package ready for collection.
Parcel got lost and there was no communication on P&S side to let me know. parcel took over 2 weeks to arrive
notably, package was sent during COVID-19 season, however, pack and send lacked communication in advising of status of the package once the tracking on line, became stagnant with no update. a simple email, call or even text would have sufficed, but alas, I was made to do all the chasing.
Not one to depend upon
Would not rely on this service if you require a speedy pickup. Couriers were repeatedly booked and did not show. The staff were pleasant to deal with but clear that they had no real means of escalation. Finally dealt with by very helpful staff member about a week after it was due. I had booked after another company had let me down- this was more expensive and was not an improvement in service quality.

Would anyone be able to tell me what partner couriers Pack & Send use in South Africa to deliver parcels once they arrive there? Do they have their own staff/drivers, or do they use a local company? Thanks
