Disappointing experience (due to the carrier though)
I thought I'd give Pack & Send a go after seeing lots of good reviews (especially regarding the local franchisee). However, for convenience I just used the online service to deliver a package 25km from my home before father's day. Unfortunately for me Pack & Send used Fastway/Aramex as the carrier for this delivery. I hadn't had good experiences with Fastway in the past and you only need to check their reviews to see how consistently poor their service is. (This site alone has almost 8000 reviews averaging 1 star).

Parcel not picked up for over a week
Our parcel was not picked up for over a week, this is not the first time but will be the last time we have
Pack N Send use to be a great service and the courier that collects is great but there is a issue with online booking and getting the goods picked up. Very unrealiable
9 days to travel across Melbourne? During that time we booked 2 packages for delivery with Sendle each of which was delivered within 24 hours. Say no more. Don't use Pack n Send if you want timely, reliable delivery. Also the package was left in the stairwell of a small block of apartments with only 2 flights of open-air outside stairs whereas Sendle delivered to the apartment door. Pathetic service!
Awful rude service from store and email communication
After racing my parcel down to the store on Wednesday morning (to get it to VIC in time for my friend’s birthday) it didn’t get sent from the location until 5pm the following day. Why did it sit there for over 24hrs? I asked via email and the response was, well you didn’t choose the ($245) express package so it gets sent when it gets sent. What a disgusting attitude and service.
No customer service provided
I used the online self service to send items. I waited all day for pick up, during which I made several confirmation phone calls. The driver didn’t show up & didn’t call. A day wasted. He arrived on the Monday without notice. I contacted Pack & Send & was told I didn’t have an avenue for complaint as I’d used the “self service” option. Terrible lack of service, courtesy & attitude on the last phone call. Do not recommend.
Very slow in delivering
I dropped off my parcel at your Marsfield office for Ashbury. In the website it said it would take 0-1 day. The parcel took 9 days to arrive in Ashbury.
Horrible experience - Do not use these guys
I arranged to send a few boxes from Sydney to Canberra for work. I organised this online which was a simple and quick process, but following that is when the issues started. I paid for the goods to be collected next day. After 8 phone calls and 3 weeks later the goods were finally collected. I have never experiences such poor service. I could not get a straight answer out of the ladies answering the phones. They never called me back when I was ensured I would get a call back, leaving me to call on 8 different occasions, waiting on hold then get...ting no where. No explanation to why my goods had not been collected while my team in Canberra were waiting on the boxes to complete works in a hotel. Failing to collected the packages on time has effected many peoples ability to do their jobs correctly, because 'Pack Send failed to do theirs. Do not sure this service if you expect even the slightest amount of service or expect your goods to be collected within 3 weeks. Shocking!!!
Absolutely terrible. Would not use again.
Package was going from NSW to ACT. It go lost and took two weeks. When it finally arrived it was majorly damaged as if they'd just thrown it off the back of a truck. They wouldn't help at all and took no responsibility.
Delayed Pick Up
They picked up the delivery three days late after several phone calls. I'll give them another go because the price is very good. Hope they get it right next time.
Not happy with the service
My package wasn't picked up on time, it was picked up two weeks later after frequent calls. Also it was not delivered. It was returned back after a month.Will not use their services again.
I booked an express service online, paid the premium and my parcel got delivered 5 business days later. Shouldn't charge high prices if you can't deliver quickly regardless of pandemic

Booked collection for a package for local delivery
After 2 days collection didn't happen, so I dropped off the package to the local Pack and Send.
After 4 days the I checked the tracking number and the package was still was sitting at the local Pack and Send.
I called them and they were going to escalate it.
The package was finally delivered the following day.
Overall it took 1 week for a package to be delivered locally in within Melbourne.
Terribly slow and poor service.
Let down by the local agent.
I booked on Sunday for a Monday pickup. No one turned up. Waited all day Tuesday. Nothing. I phoned and was told there'd be someone there Wednesday. Nothing. I phoned again and was told that the local agent would be there on Thursday. Nothing. Pack and Send made some inquiries and I was told the local agent would pick up before 2pm Friday. The local agent finally showed at 10 minutes to 2pm. It was an extremely frustrating experience which became embarrassing for me as I couldn't give my customer any reasons for the delay. The people at the hel...p desk were great but they can only do so much. It appeared there was little support coming from the upper echelons. If not for the efforts of one help desk person who went the extra mile for me I believe the delay would've gone on into the following week. Hopefully this problem will get sorted but I doubt I'll be using Pack and Send for some time at least.
Price good, fast but
The only problem is quite lots of time parcel were not picked up on the day I booked. Well, it is troublesome coz I can’t always wait for that. If the driver can’t come should stop least message me or their route or arrangements should be better. 8 out of 10 times they didn’t come on the day I booked .
