Apart from the Courier not collecting the packages on time (4 days late!) the overall service I received was really good. The packages were delivered interstate the very next day though - faster than expected!

Late, Damaged and not a care in the world.

Accurate facts only, here goes:

Order was picked up 24hrs late
First contact in Customer service was rude (I will not name her) Second contact (Chantelle) was much nicer person.
I found the item 4 days later (still not scanned in) in the sending depot

Item arrive 3 days after that and was damaged with missing items from the box.

Asked customer service to start a claim. This is yet to happen.

All this for a 1-2 days transit.

The boxes were not picked up on the day, I called and they were not picked up the next day, in the end many calls and it was 9 days later they were collected.
I will let everyone know how unreliable your company is and I will not use pack and send again

Slow and hidden admin charges

I booked an express delivery to Canada (2 days delivery) for a gift which took 9 days to deliver. The recipient was charged a DHL ‘admin fee’ on top of govt taxes which I was not made aware of at time of sending and which cost almost as much as the original courier charge. No explanation from P&S. Really poor service.

Delivey was very late (nearly a month), had to make alot of calls to find out where it was and chase it up and no one ever called be back (4 times i was told i would be called back) the 5th time i spoke with a manager and she did return my call.

Over all vey poor service and i will not use pack & send again.

Picked up on time, staff have good people skills. Poor experience once it arrived in Portugal. The receiver was charged over 100% of the value of the parcel and it took weeks to clear.

Five weeks for domestic delivery

Decided to give Pack and Send a go. Never, ever again. Five weeks for domestic delivery is unacceptable. Five weeks from metro Melbourne to northern NSW. I called on four occasions to ask for an investigation into my parcel. On every occasion I was told “we’ll look into it and get back to you”. No one ever called me back. Christmas has been the same date for 2021 years. Your company should prepare for Christmas parcel surges. Your website still states “two days extra” may be required due to the Christmas surge. Two days? Try five weeks.

Delivery dates provided were wrong twice, even when the second one was meant to be for the following day. Phone numbers don’t get answered. When I did get through the person couldn’t “see” my item details. It was only delivered finally after multiple phone calls, even though the store was 10 minutes away. Was the package sitting around the shelf while people looked at it!

Very poor service

My package took 4 over weeks to deliver to Perth from Canberra. Their SLA was 5 days for the delivery and it took more than 20 days. The problem is their partner Couriers Please list the package for several weeks!

Stay away

My package is now over 1 week late, I’ve called up and they said it would be at least another 2 weeks. My package was picked up over 2 weeks ago, and yet it still hasn’t been scanned in the starting depot. How is this okay? If there are delays - we should be informed, but you are told nothing. The website should note these delays too and not give us a completely off delivery date - off by a whole month. Completely unacceptable. Save your money and use a different company.

Update - arrived 2 months late. Unacceptable.

Document collected on the 23/12/2020, but wasn't delivered until the 4/01/2021. I paid for express service which obviously wasn’t provided.

Very disappointed as it was an important delivery of my passport for Visa Approval.

Document was returned via Australia Post Express service and took 1 day from Canberra.

1 star for pickup, and 1 star for actually delivering the Document to the receivers address.

the advertised scheduled delivery on website prior to confirmation of boooking was 5 to 6 days - goods then arrived in 12 days - stock was required for Xmas trade - pathetic service - never again - safer to deal direct with a courier company - not an onseller.

Package over a month late

Package did not arrive by expected date. Was only aware of the package not arriving due to a customer complaint. Tracking provided very limited details regarding its whereabouts.
After making several enquires, pack and send did provide the secondary carrier (Couriers Please) contact details and they subsequently attempted to locate the item. Item was eventually delivered over a month late.
This has been my second less than ideal experience with Pack and Send lately and I will be reviewing alternative options for future packages.

The worst, least effective business I have ever ever worked with - they have ruined Christmas for my family

Did not pick up for over a week, was huge confusion, tracking is incorrect and two weeks later there has been no delivery or even movement of package. My family now have no Christmas gifts. I was often advised that I could just pay an extra fee ($200!) to fix services I had already chosen to pay extra for. When I manage to finally get the items I sent delivered, I will report to consumer affairs as there was false advertising of services and trying to make me pay more to get the service originally advertised. Absolutely shocking.
