Horrible and way to expensive!
Rather accept the nearly $500 to ship a guitar they added another $40 to it.
More f----ing hoopos when they kept contacting me for more, more, more, ridiculous information.
Way to expensive and inconvenient. Hope to never have to use them again. Terrible and inconvenient.

If there was an option for zero stars I would have given that.
It took two weeks and 8 requests for the consignment to be collected with very poor response time from Pack n Send. Once the parcels were eventually delivered only 2 of the 3 made it. I would suggest going with a different provider.

Sent 3 large boxes (85kg) of personal goods when moving interstate. No tracking updates were provided post pickup, and when boxes didn’t arrive within the week, I contacted the customer service. Initially I was referred to the franchise I sent through, and I was told the boxes would arrive that day. When they did not I contacted customer service again and they confirmed my boxes could not be located and so depot searches were conducted over the next week with no result. They have little knowledge or control over where the parcels are. I would not recommend sending items of value with them that can’t easily be replaced. I acknowledge that Xmas & Covid may have impacted delivery time, but not knowing where my personal items were was unsettling. No stars for service. Parcel took 16 days to travel about 150kms. Parcel was thrown over the front fence and damaged. Very disappointed in this company and will not use them again.

Package was going from NSW to ACT. It go lost and took two weeks. When it finally arrived it was majorly damaged as if they'd just thrown it off the back of a truck. They wouldn't help at all and took no responsibility.

Immediately, the delivery estimate became 9 days (19 March), according to your tracking service. Later than expected, but still acceptable. Well, the letter arrived in Manila on 12 March, has not moved since ('shipment on hold'), and - of course - missed yesterday's delivery deadline. An entire week in delivery limbo! There ought not be a customs issue, since it is only a document. Further, Manila is at the other end of the country from Davao, the destination. What is going on? How much longer will this take? Didn’t expect this from Pack and Send
I sent one parcel from Australia to India around 30 August and my brother received it in mid October. This was the first time I was doing it. I was advised by pack and send that there are few items that I can’t send to India for example, perfume. I went back to the office and took off the item and I specifically told the guy to update my final amount however he didn’t. It was stuck at Indian customs for a month because of the mismatch in the price value. I have to pay a lot of duty tax just because the guy in the pack and send department did not take the effort to rectify my final value price. Terrible Service by Pack and Send.

Poor customer service and slow service
Item took over a week from Rockhampton to Sydney, then another 2 weeks to get to the destination, when I paid for a 3 days services . Service is poor, your stating on your website, that there is no delays

Worse than bad, ILLEGAL
Our 13 boxes that we shipped from Brisbane to Canada arrived months late, we were told the "secure" warehouse was broken into, ALL our personal belongings were stolen including jewelry, computers, laptops etc. Instead of contacting us, they repacked the boxes with stuff that was left on the floor of the warehouse and shipped it to us. After months of not having our belongings, we opened our 13 boxes of useless garbage. Pack & Send refused responsibility and did not compensate us either. Do not use Pack @ Send.

A 4-month long Nightmare

Very bad service
Package took over 2 weeks to deliver. It was on a delivery truck 3 times but somehow never made it to it’s destination . Took a lot of stressful calls over more than a week to sort out. Had to escalate to a supervisor who initially wouldn’t talk to me ! Package finally arrived broken . Never again.
