Horrible and way to expensive!
Rather accept the nearly $500 to ship a guitar they added another $40 to it.
More f----ing hoopos when they kept contacting me for more, more, more, ridiculous information.
Way to expensive and inconvenient. Hope to never have to use them again. Terrible and inconvenient.

If there was an option for zero stars I would have given that.
It took two weeks and 8 requests for the consignment to be collected with very poor response time from Pack n Send. Once the parcels were eventually delivered only 2 of the 3 made it. I would suggest going with a different provider.

Couldn’t Care Less
Did not collect parcel (I booked on line) when I rang to find out why, I was asked if pick up address was a Auction House (it was) and was told that they don’t do pick ups from Action House (apparently it’s in the T&Cs) however they HAVE been collecting from this Auction house on a regular basis over the last 2 years for me and I’ve never been told that before. Sent 3 large boxes (85kg) of personal goods when moving interstate. No tracking updates were provided post pickup, and when boxes didn’t arrive within the week, I contacted the customer service. Initially I was referred to the franchise I sent through, and I was told the boxes would arrive that day. When they did not I contacted customer service again and they confirmed my boxes could not be located and so depot searches were conducted over the next week with no result. They have little knowledge or control over where the parcels are. I would not recommend sending items of value with them that can’t easily be replaced. I acknowledge that Xmas & Covid may have impacted delivery time, but not knowing where my personal items were was unsettling. Never Again
No stars for service. Parcel took 16 days to travel about 150kms. Parcel was thrown over the front fence and damaged. Very disappointed in this company and will not use them again.

Very poor service-
Parcel was picked up on time and was lost for over 1 month and when it was delivered most items in the box were damages or broken.
I will be putting in a claim but expect the service will be just as painful.
Bad communication and follow up except for a few.
Very unhappy and will not be using Pack & send or their NSW partner.

Awful
The item was elivered 8 weeks late, after being told it was lost. Customer support was defensive and rude throughout the entire process, unable to recognise the fault of their service.

Don’t use this company, or Fastway couriers
Please don’t use this company, more over don’t use Fastway couriers either as that is who Pack and Send deal with. When I placed the delivery online I was quoted for 3-5 days giving 2-3 days for covid restriction things then got my package 4 weeks later. Package was picked up on time but then proceeded to take a week to get from Canberra to Sydney, then sat at the Sydney depot for almost 3 weeks. Then when I received my package the box was damaged and my stuff was falling out. That was $2,400 worth of goods you should take care of your customers packages a little better don’t you think.

Package was going from NSW to ACT. It go lost and took two weeks. When it finally arrived it was majorly damaged as if they'd just thrown it off the back of a truck. They wouldn't help at all and took no responsibility.

Very Poor Handlers

Well, the letter arrived in Manila on 12 March, has not moved since ('shipment on hold'), and - of course - missed yesterday's delivery deadline. An entire week in delivery limbo! Late, Damaged and not a care in the world.
Accurate facts only, here goes:
Order was picked up 24hrs late
First contact in Customer service was rude (I will not name her) Second contact (Chantelle) was much nicer person.
I found the item 4 days later (still not scanned in) in the sending depot
Item arrive 3 days after that and was damaged with missing items from the box.
Asked customer service to start a claim. This is yet to happen.
All this for a 1-2 days transit.

Didn’t expect this from Pack and Send
I sent one parcel from Australia to India around 30 August and my brother received it in mid October. This was the first time I was doing it. I was advised by pack and send that there are few items that I can’t send to India for example, perfume. I went back to the office and took off the item and I specifically told the guy to update my final amount however he didn’t. It was stuck at Indian customs for a month because of the mismatch in the price value. I have to pay a lot of duty tax just because the guy in the pack and send department did not take the effort to rectify my final value price. Terrible Service by Pack and Send.
