Very poor service-
Parcel was picked up on time and was lost for over 1 month and when it was delivered most items in the box were damages or broken.
I will be putting in a claim but expect the service will be just as painful.
Bad communication and follow up except for a few.
Very unhappy and will not be using Pack & send or their NSW partner.
The item was elivered 8 weeks late, after being told it was lost. Customer support was defensive and rude throughout the entire process, unable to recognise the fault of their service.
The box also arrived in horrible condition

Easy to arrange online , collection and delivery very professional and delivery super fast ! I was so surprised with how quickly it arrived. Appreciate when companies make things simple and seamless.
Don’t use this company, or Fastway couriers
Please don’t use this company, more over don’t use Fastway couriers either as that is who Pack and Send deal with. When I placed the delivery online I was quoted for 3-5 days giving 2-3 days for covid restriction things then got my package 4 weeks later. Package was picked up on time but then proceeded to take a week to get from Canberra to Sydney, then sat at the Sydney depot for almost 3 weeks. Then when I received my package the box was damaged and my stuff was falling out. That was $2,400 worth of goods you should take care of your customers packages a little better don’t you think.
was not delivered when i wanted it, the terms were not explained to me before it was collected, complete mis representation of the service. i paid for over night service hence i expect a refund
Good experience but items broken
I found the sales staff to be helpful and I appreciated the follow ups, I also appreciated the communication and assistance of the delivery truck driver. I just have two grievances with the process.
1) Unfortunately one of our boxes had to be repacked at an additional cost as it was too heavy, we weren't initially made aware that the box weight may be an issue despite letting the sales staff know that I wasn't aware of the exact weight but I did give the box dimensions. Very Poor Handlers
Not impressed when you go to the extra effort to pack up a fragile item plus label the box FRAGILE only to receive your boxed package broken thanks to the wonderful handlers from whatever courier service Pack n Send decide to use on the day. these fool packers need to be alot more careful with peoples items i say. they couldnt give a damn.
Late, Damaged and not a care in the world.
Accurate facts only, here goes:
Order was picked up 24hrs late
First contact in Customer service was rude (I will not name her) Second contact (Chantelle) was much nicer person.
I found the item 4 days later (still not scanned in) in the sending depot
Item arrive 3 days after that and was damaged with missing items from the box.
Asked customer service to start a claim. This is yet to happen.
All this for a 1-2 days transit.
work with pickles auction to charge ridiculous delivery prices, and do not bother packaging for you kinda suss. Was not a nice experience paying 200$ when a courier could do it for 30$, if it was packaged
Do not use Adelaide East Franchise
Items purchased at Adelaide antique fair October 2019 for sending to Perth. Total lack of communication from franchise owner on status. Items lodged 18/10 were not received until 12/11 however they were damaged. Fortunately paid insurance premium however payment not received until 27/3/2020. The whole process has taken five (5) months.
The package arrived damaged.
Arranged to have a portable BBQ delivered to me but did not purchase insurance as I thought not much could go wrong with the delivery. Upon receiving the package, the barbeque was dented on one side, like the package had been dropped from a substantial height.
Understandably, Pack & Send were not the carriers, StarTrack were the ones who actually handled the package.
Lazy service - won’t chase up with suppliers even though packages are late
I booked an interstate delivery of products from America.
Only 2/4 of the packages arrived and when I called pack and send to ask about the other two they simply stated to keep calling DHL or Couriers please cos they “didn’t know”
Instead of actually chasing this up and finding out where my items were they palmed it off to another company.
I won’t be using packnsend again... the fact I paid packnsend and they didn’t chase up with their supplier courier companies (I had to) is beyond poor service.
In summary - If I pay someone to take care of something for me and they don’t do that and get me to chase it up with the people they engaged it just makes me think why do I appoint this person
Melb to Brisbane
No, the boxes were to be picked up Friday between 9 and 5. TNT were to pick them up from a residence but they did not show. After me ringing I was told they had been rescheduled to Tuesday (Monday was the holiday) - no reason, no excuse but i could drop them off at their nearest office. I did that Saturday morning and emailed them that that was the option I had taken. Yes, you guessed it, TNT came on the Tuesday - too late. All then went smoothly and they were delivered Friday, knocked about but intact.
Pack and Send Bunbury - terrific service
Brenda and Lester of Pack and Send Bunbury handled my shipment from Bunbury WA to Sydney in a speedy and expeditious manner. They did a wonderful job packing a fragile item but sadly it did arrive damaged in transit. Thankfully however, I had taken out insurance and when I advised them of the damage they were extremely helpful and speedy in helping me organise its repair and in settling payment. There was absolutely no trouble and were friendly and courteous all through. I would highly recommend them. I was the sender and receiver.
Misguided info, hidden costs, stolen items
It has been the worst experience and i really wanted to share this. I sent my personal things overseas by sea fright. Estimated time of arrival was 40days given to me. It turned into 3.5months!!
No one knew half way through where my things were, one stage when they were in Germany, they provided me german contact phone numbers to track my belongings myself, these ppl didn’t even speak English in Germany.
