lost my belongings and horrible customer services
I was moving from Sydney to Melbourne. I had 7 boxes delivered from Sydney to Melbourne in January and I received 6 of them at the beginning of February. The seventh box was then claimed that it is delivered but I have never received it. All I got was a piece of cardboard (see attached pic) that was cut out of the original missing seventh box. I have no idea how that could happen. I tried to reach out to customer services and they kept telling me they were trying to resolve the problem. Untrustable service
My Item was sent explicitly with direction of my sign at delivery time.
Instead the currier just throw 3500$ worth box outiside my house and left without wait anyone to pick it up!!

UPDATE: 35 days and counting with no update
I had sensitive documents to be picked up from Canberra and delivered to Perth. Booked them in to pick up and they were a day late. From day one to now, day 18 (day 35 now) , the online tracking has not been updated and just says in transit. 18 days day (35 now) ! APPALLING! their online quote says 5-6 days. Are you joking?

Really disappointing.
Way past the delivery schedule. And on top of that poor handling of the product. See for your self. They are partnered with tnt which is also disappointing for the fact that they purposely cancel the order and say that you they did not reach to you but in fact they didn’t come at all. I also placed signature needed but they just left the package and left. Probably to hide away from their poor handling. The bike has now scratch marks everywhere.

Poor choice of delivery company
Pack and send has a great online service portal to send parcels.
Unfortunately, they subcontract out the delivery to other companies, who in this case, is TNT couriers, who was very rough with my parcel, with bits of the box ripped off and the contents jostled around.
This review is more so aimed at TNT couriers who you should absolutely avoid, as the time it takes to deliver is also much longer than advertised.

Truly Awful Experience. Offered a service they did not provide and needlessly damaged goods.
I did not give permission to leave the turntable at my house without signature. Even though the box had clear marking indicating the top and bottom.. It was left standing on it's side, exposed to the weather on a wet day. Case of the turntable cracked and entire plate was thrown around inside and off of the motor. When looking at how the item was damaged i was dumbfounded, it seemed like they would have had to try pretty hard to break it with how well packed it was..
If someone pays more for signature delivery, you have just ripped them off by making them pay for something then ignoring the request and damaging their item.. Awful experience.. truly awful.
