lost my belongings and horrible customer services
I was moving from Sydney to Melbourne. I had 7 boxes delivered from Sydney to Melbourne in January and I received 6 of them at the beginning of February. The seventh box was then claimed that it is delivered but I have never received it. All I got was a piece of cardboard (see attached pic) that was cut out of the original missing seventh box. I have no idea how that could happen. I tried to reach out to customer services and they kept telling me they were trying to resolve the problem. Couldn’t Care Less
Did not collect parcel (I booked on line) when I rang to find out why, I was asked if pick up address was a Auction House (it was) and was told that they don’t do pick ups from Action House (apparently it’s in the T&Cs) however they HAVE been collecting from this Auction house on a regular basis over the last 2 years for me and I’ve never been told that before. Very poor service-
Parcel was picked up on time and was lost for over 1 month and when it was delivered most items in the box were damages or broken.
I will be putting in a claim but expect the service will be just as painful.
Bad communication and follow up except for a few.

Untrustable service
My Item was sent explicitly with direction of my sign at delivery time.
Instead the currier just throw 3500$ worth box outiside my house and left without wait anyone to pick it up!!

Don’t use this company, or Fastway couriers
Please don’t use this company, more over don’t use Fastway couriers either as that is who Pack and Send deal with. When I placed the delivery online I was quoted for 3-5 days giving 2-3 days for covid restriction things then got my package 4 weeks later. Package was picked up on time but then proceeded to take a week to get from Canberra to Sydney, then sat at the Sydney depot for almost 3 weeks. Then when I received my package the box was damaged and my stuff was falling out. That was $2,400 worth of goods you should take care of your customers packages a little better don’t you think.

UPDATE: 35 days and counting with no update
I had sensitive documents to be picked up from Canberra and delivered to Perth. Booked them in to pick up and they were a day late. From day one to now, day 18 (day 35 now) , the online tracking has not been updated and just says in transit. 18 days day (35 now) ! APPALLING! their online quote says 5-6 days. Are you joking?

Good experience but items broken
I found the sales staff to be helpful and I appreciated the follow ups, I also appreciated the communication and assistance of the delivery truck driver. I just have two grievances with the process.

Very Poor Handlers

Don’t bother
On the plus side the website is easy to use and the the four boxes I had shipped were picked up and three of them delivered quickly.
HOWEVER two of the boxes had things missing about a third of each box was gone. They took 4 pairs of shoes but left the bags they were in!!

Not happy at all
Pack and send customer service was non existent and extremely unhelpful in every way. I sent a detailed inventory to them but the issue was never resolved nor did they offer any compensation.

Late, Damaged and not a care in the world.
Accurate facts only, here goes:
Order was picked up 24hrs late
First contact in Customer service was rude (I will not name her) Second contact (Chantelle) was much nicer person.
I found the item 4 days later (still not scanned in) in the sending depot
Item arrive 3 days after that and was damaged with missing items from the box.
Asked customer service to start a claim. This is yet to happen.
All this for a 1-2 days transit.
