Box was totally damaged and looked like it was just thrown around. Torn at places and retaped thousands of times. Box was pressed so much some things inside sprung open.

I was both sender and receiver moving interstate. Timely pick up and seamless delivery made at the expected time and in good condition. Advice about packing and tracking was accurate.

I had to arrange a pickup for goods I had purchased as it was a private sale and I was paying freight. I grabbed the details needed from sender to put into the P&S system, sender printed and taped on the box. It was picked up the next day and took less than a week from country VIC to country North West NSW. I was pleasantly surprised and the box arrived undamaged.

Goods arrived in a timely manner, and at all times I was kept informed of the progress of my shipment. On delivery to my home the driver stacked it neatly in the garage for me as I was home

Edwina was incredibly helpful on finding the right price for our shipment on 2 large paintings to Melbourne suggesting depot to depot was a cost effective way to ship. We received great service from Pack and Send in Mittagong. Joe provided a quote quickly and was happy to offer a different service to New Zealand to try and reduce costs. The painting was beautifully wrapped and protected and arrived in perfect condition. We were very happy with the service.

They have a very user friendly ordering process, the collection and delivery went off without any hitches and it was all done at a competitive price . No drama, I will definitely opt to use Pack & Send again!

I was suppose to receive my urgent parcel 6 days ago. There was no updates whatsoever and when I called, the lady insisted I would receive it a few days later. Today I called and they said it’s misplaced and will take 7-14 days to search. Totally irresponsible.
