very bad in service

they didn't collect the parcel on the day scheduled and they didn't plan to collect the second day. Send email to onlineselfservice@packsend.com.au and left message on the phone1300 668 000 however, the second day when called the customer service mentioned they didn't receive email. What? Is their system down? They can't arrange pickup until the third day. What is it? very delay service and very bad communication. Customer service does NOT care of what happens and resolve the issue, and they only want to hang off phone which is their job, ironic.

She told me the courier won't pickup in the next few days, and I told her we contacted the courier - startrack yesterday to get this pickup confirmed. Ironically? Stop using their service if such customer team are still there.

Item not picked up on time, goods damaged damaged, complete disregard to handle item with care, not a care in the world, hide behind terms and condition fine print to avoid any responsibility.

Had to cancel on 4th day, parcel still not collected

Booked on Sunday for Monday collection. The driver arrived on Tuesday, and rang the door bell, waited less than 5 seconds and left before we could get to the door. If you don't believe it, here is the video

I was then assured by the staff at Pack & Send it would be picked up the next day, and here I am sending my package on Thursday via Uber. Thanks, Pack & Send. You have not only wasted 4 days, but also cost me a premium, a lot of wasted time, and stress. Will never use your service again. I know that everyone is busy due to Covid, but this is a review of a service that failed to provide, nothing personal, you are now simply getting the appropriate review.

Cost not worth the so called convenience

Package was only picked up after having to remind the company and double the cost of good old Australia Post... not fast either. If you want to pay a lot of money for poor service...go for it... better to forgo the convenience of pickup and trot down to your local post office.. will get there faster, in better condition, and at much cheaper cost.

Very bad

Package arrived one week later and my suitcase was destroyed during the shipment.
I can't use it anymore because of all the scratches and a wheel damaged and also a corner is pushed inside and it is impossible to push back. They did not have accuracy during the handling and I'm very upset. Do not send with them.

Some how damaged a steel item

Some how damaged a steel item, the item was getting sent for repairs so didn’t think I should get insurance on a item that was made out of steel. They mustn’t treat there items very well. Also late to pick up

Terrible!!

If i could rate 0 I would. Sent a precious artwork piece across Australia which on arrival was totally smashed up including the frame, glass and even the back board. Was led to believe when i took it in to Pack & send to send over that they would cover any damages if they occurred. I called and told them what had happened and they said to get a quote to get it fixed (no apologies). When i finally found a matching frame and called them back they said they couldn't cover it (still no apologies) as there was no warranty paid when it was sent (this was never mentioned).
Dont use these guys. Very rude & shocking customer service. Maybe they should take down their big signs that say they specialise in sending fragiles, artwork etcetcetcetc!!!!

Very bad experience.

Booked a 55" tv for shipping from Victoria to NSW and paid for it. After getting the shipping lable I received an email saying "This is in regards to your online booking for 55”TV. We would like to inform you that TV cannot be sent through online booking as its considered as prohibited goods. This needs to be sent through the store."
I had to call back a couple of times and they mentioned that I will get my money back within 7 business days. Then a pick-up driver from Star Track came to pick the tv up. It was horrible. I reject to send the tv and called them again.
I had a very bad experience with them. Spend 4-5 hours to do all that and it means nothing & now I wait for the money too. Beware shipping with them.

Quote requested May 10th. Quote referred to Geelong branch May 10th. Call from Geelong branch May 15th.
TNT collected May 13th, delivered Sydney May 14th.

Useless

Used this company $317 cost to deliver my parcels to a destination.
In the end was told that relatives had to travel 20 hours to collect. I did not pay for it to be collected I paid for them to be delivered to the person I sent to.
They only gave me $100 refund after arguing and customer service was very poor.
I will use Australia Post like I have in the past with no issues.
