Lost and damaged items.
I needed 20 boxes sent to one destination. They were picked up all together yet didn’t arrive together: one box was never found, another so badly damaged the stock inside was unsaleable so I lost hundreds worth of stock. I have been sending books for 10 years; this is the first time with Pack and send and will be the last. I have never needed a warranty for items and so I didn’t get one this time. Out of ‘good faith’ I was offered $35 off my delivery - needless to say they can keep the $35, and I will use a professional courier next time.

Item not picked up on time, goods damaged damaged, complete disregard to handle item with care, not a care in the world, hide behind terms and condition fine print to avoid any responsibility.

Delivered to the next door neighbours gutter?
Package was collected in a timely manner by a friendly person.
On the delivery end I received a call to notify me that the neighbour had found the package; a large roll of Apholstery leather, in his drain half way up the driveway.
So not only did the deliver to the wrong address, they didn’t even bother taking it to the door.

Do not pack in cardboard
New small cardboard moving boxes from Perth to Melbourne, containing household items. Boxes were mistreated, spilling items when I picked them up. No one from pack and send or the transport company (TNT) took responsibility. My recommendation would be to not use cardboard boxes.

Package was only picked up after having to remind the company and double the cost of good old Australia Post... not fast either. If you want to pay a lot of money for poor service...go for it... better to forgo the convenience of pickup and trot down to your local post office.. will get there faster, in better condition, and at much cheaper cost.

Poor service!!!
1. After spending ages writing out items that were inside my package to send overseas, I got a phone call seconds after I had submitted my forms by a RUDE lady demanding to know what was in the package (I told her i just wrote it down seconds ago check the details on there) she was very rude! 2. Not impressed
Packaging was observed as being badly damaged on receipt of the items which has me questioning the professionalism and amount of care taken during the transporting of my items. An email has been sent regarding this matter, no response received.

Very bad
Package arrived one week later and my suitcase was destroyed during the shipment.
I can't use it anymore because of all the scratches and a wheel damaged and also a corner is pushed inside and it is impossible to push back. They did not have accuracy during the handling and I'm very upset. Do not send with them.

Lost my package
Package picked up as planned. Somehow even though it was scanned in to multiple depots it had vanished. Still can't believe how this can happen. Almost 4 weeks later the package turns up at a local book store rather than at the specific address the package was to be delivered to. I would like an explanation about this please

Agents or outside hires dont always deliver every day in those areas and unfortunately dont have an urgency for on forward deliveries like metro areas. They also do not have the physical scanners for the major suppliers and therefore scanning does not appear LIVE. I hope this clarifies your queries. P&S make it easy and delivery is prompt
We have used P&S almost exclusively for delivery to Canada - we always set it up on line, print the documents at home. Staff at the depot are friendly and the only issues we have had with delivery are the result of delays in Canadian customs. Our last parcel for sent from Perth on a Monday and delivered in eastern Canada on the following Friday - fantastic! The comment below on condition of the goods on arrival is a result of careless handling/unpacking/repacking by Canada Customs!

I'm never one to post these I don't believe I ever have before now but I can't warn people enough about how much to avoid this company, first of all they completely damaged the good sent and will not do anything about it, not even refund the shipping amount and to top that off after lodging a complain I was charged extra on my credit card for the delivery saying the box was larger than it was, it was weighed just before the courier came and the literal box had the measurements itself on it so there was no possible way it measured larger than it...

Won't use again
I posted a trolling motor from gc to Tamworth, I used a ridiculous amount of bubble wrap and boxed it up, they must be incredibly rough as they still managed to break it! It was my first time using them, I usually use couriers please but gave this mob a go cause they were cheaper. Perfect example cheaper is not always best, you get what you pay for. They don't rectify anything, instead they play the cop out card saying it was how it was packed, what a joke. Wrapped 20cm thick in bubble wrap and in a heavy duty cardboard box. Seriously guys, go use couriers please they take care of your gear and if there are any issues they are fantastic with customer service.

damaged on delivery
I sent a parcel via Pack and Send. It was an aluminium grille from a classic car. I wrapped it in multiple layers of bubble wrap, and then multiple layers of stiff cardboard.
Despite this, the part was delivered damaged and bent.
Shouldn't really be too hard, at least it was picked up and delivered.....I find p and s a bit hit and miss.
