Pick up was on the day requested. Arrived at the destination in a very timely way. However, the large 15kg package was delivered upside down! It was obvious which was the right side up. Hoping nothing has been damaged.
Online process of booking the job was very easy and straight forward. Packages were picked up the next business day and delivered promptly. I was not home to collect and for some reason they were sent to a post office 40mins away from delivery address which was very annoying. Condition of packages were not great on pick up. Badly handled but thankfully no damage.

Took the risk of sending framed picture. Picture packed very well but not much is going to protect from being run over by forklift. All good, my mistake, I should of read the conditions more carefully.
P&S make it easy and delivery is prompt
We have used P&S almost exclusively for delivery to Canada - we always set it up on line, print the documents at home. Staff at the depot are friendly and the only issues we have had with delivery are the result of delays in Canadian customs. Our last parcel for sent from Perth on a Monday and delivered in eastern Canada on the following Friday - fantastic! The comment below on condition of the goods on arrival is a result of careless handling/unpacking/repacking by Canada Customs!

The Customer Service was Faultless
The customer service at North Lakes was excellent both on the phone and at the office. Despite the good packaging a handle did get broken so I am feeling the parcel was handled roughly despite having "fragile" on it.
Package not delivered but I was refunded in the end
Update: Pack n send reached out to me following this review. Apologized and refunded me in Full. Hence, I am upgrading this to a 4 star based on customer services.
I booked a courier through PacknSend. It was to go to Amazon in Dandenong which I have done several times before. PacknSend use couriers please for delivery and courier specified return reason as being - "Banned site meaning, the driver cannot deliver due to them (receiver) refusing delivery due to Corona Virus and excessive delivery time. "

item damaged on receipt, no one interested
14 days to deliver, missing in transit, item damaged by courier. No one interested, NO CLAIM !!! Wont use again. emailed customer service with complaint, however no response. cannot reccomend this service after this event.
It arrived in the time frame indicated to me on sending, so all good. Online system works well. The tracking information told us pretty much what was going on. Thanks.

Do you guys have any warehouse/ depot in the USA to drop off items to be shipped to Australia
