Stressful

The package was picked up on time by StarTrack. I went, initially, to Pack and Send store and was advised the best and cheapest way was to use self-packing option. This was good advice.
When then parcel arrived interstate, I (the sender) was notified rather than the receiver that the parcel could be picked up. However, the parcel was then lost. It ended up back at Perth airport but, fortunately, it was retrieved in time!!
Not happy with the way it was dealt with. The employee was abrupt (rude) and offered no apology for the stress this whole event caused me.

While couriers please charged 45 dollars, pack and send quote using the same service was over $100…terrible overpriced service, slow and rude over the phone.
I would use any other company but these guys belong to a circus

Pretty poor service

Did the full online registration of package and payment, printed off labels, did all the paperwork and package was due to be collected between Midday & 5pm, and was never collected. And still not collectyed the whole next day. Had to end up dropping it to a depot, who seemed to not want to have a lot to do with it, as it was for "Startrack" but eventually said I could leave it for them to collect. First time I've used this service - Not a glowing endorsement for service here.

Don't use the online self service

The package wasn't picked up on the day it was supposed to. When I took my package into the office in Southport, the person there told me that the online service is nothing to do with pack and send and that it is just a platform to offer customers a discount, and then went on to tell me that because I chose a discounted rate, I shouldn't have expected the service to be reliable.

After the package was finally collected, it was delivered in a timely manner by Couriers Please. I should have booked directly with them.

Took me 3 days to get their agent to pick up the parcel. 3 days hanging around as you have to be there.

Never using again

Packages were both broken when people received them.
No care was taken at all.
Never using this company again.
Has now cost my company to replace items and pay for delivery again. Not happy.

Staff at shop did not know how to accept parcels

Their prices are competitive, and the online process is solid, but the staff person at the shop did not know how to accept self service parcels. He fidgeted around behind the desk and then admitted he had not been trained. I just left them there awkwardly and took a photo as evidence because my prepaid quote was uninsured. The tracking updated for the first time more than 24hrs later. Items arrived safely.

Package was dropped off ready to go early friday morning at Pack+Send North Melbourne for delivery to address 115km up highway.
Delivered to the town Post Office not stated address on Tuesday morning.
I paid for 1-2 day delivery to an address.
This is not what i got as a service.

First time and last time I will be using them

Even though the pick up was on time, I had 2 surprises ...1/ the delivery was 6 days instead of 2 advertised and 2/I had to pay huge duty which I was not aware at all. When I asked the questions, they use again the "Covid excuse" and mentioned a rule about the duty. They should advise or give a heads-up to their customers.

Their partnering company DHL is pathetic. Had to run after them all the time, Pack and Send too for that matter. If I had not phoned to find out what is happening with the parcel I probably would have landed up paying even more than I was forced to pay for them keeping the parcel at customs without notifying the customer. Screw the customer over they do!!

Unfortunate experience

I was the sender.
Firstly, the courier did not come on the booked & confirmed date to make the parcel pick-up.
Secondly, I telephoned & arranged with Parcel & Send Customer Care to drop-off the parcel at a local Drop-off point (Southport).
At the Southport Parcel & Send, the staff told me that they could not help me with the booking. Apparently the booking was not within their records.
Finally, I rang Customer Care again and they arranged with the local Parcel & Send Drop-off point staff to accept & take the parcel from me to have it sent.
With little confidence I left the parcel with the staff at the drop-off point hoping that it would reach its designation.
Thankfully, it did!

Very disappointing, confusing

In total, had to pay double the amount I was promised. No warnings of overseas Custom fees. Value of the goods and fees are poorly explained. I had to do the packaging list again after the goods were overseas. Their quote means nothing, confusing for the customer.

Worst service i have received in 20 years!!!!

When i dropped my parcel to be shipped the person who served me was the rudest customer service i have received in 20 years. he even charged me an extra $15 to stick labels on my package??? He spoke down to me, spoke to me like a child and was absolutely rude.
