Bit of a stuff around
The package was not picked up on the booked day and I had to ring 2 days later to rebook as they didn't do this. We then received an email saying it was delivered, which it wasn't. When we rang to find out where the package was we were told it was given to a third party for delivery. The package was finally delivered the following day.

Efficient and Trusted shipping service
I arranged for a large lightweight box to be picked up from a Queensland address for delivery to NSW. The booking was done online and was efficient and cost effective. Due to a change of circumstances the booking date needed to be changed, something that can't be altered online. After contacting Pack and Send, the operator couldn't change the pick-up arrangements from that end and suggested I email the Pack and Send the next day. Quick and efficient
I have posted at least one -- possibly even two -- strongly negative reviews of Pack and Send. It seems only fair to write a positive one to reflect a different experience. Ordering was, as usual, simple via the DIY option online. Fantastic. The package was picked up in Melbourne within the specified time and was flagged for delivery in Sydney about 5 days later (on a Tuesday). Package was picked and delivered in time. Quick and reasonable service. It would have been better if both boxes had come in the same day instead of receiving them on separate days.

I was expecting the sender to receive the shipping scan documents not me being the receiver

Simple & cost effective
The process of online booking was very simple. Cost was very reasonable, much cheaper than I expected. Online tracking was helpful although package arrived three days later than eta. Still very satisfied.

Affordable Service - Not the best technology
The online self-service was user friendly and affordable. However, when the parcel was picked up and for several hours after, the status on the tracking link was not updated. I had to send an email to confirm the pick up of the parcel. Moreover, customer service were not able to give me an ETA. Furthermore, although I paid for a signature, my parcel was left in front of my door (understandably, this is due to the pandemic; however, the online service should note that)

So good and timely, however the online tracking was an issue.
Picked up on time and delivered before it was expected, so fast. The only issue was that the online tracking was overloaded for the duration whilst the package was in transit.

Easy Peasy!
The online system was easy and the pick up and delivery was on time. However the tracking system didn't work past the second scan. So I had no idea where it was in the delivery process and as this was over the weekend I didn't know if it would arrive on the Monday or not. Anyways, it did. Pretty happy all round, I'd use them again.

Is just OK. Doesnt appear to be managed.
Competition of the booking form is a bit painful. Why can it not remember past common records? The tool is not updated inline with tracking. Most of my bookings show undelivered still.

Good service
I was the receiver. The package was able to be picked up by the courier with no address which shouldn’t have happened. When I was alerted to this by the sender, I contacted Pack and Send. I spoke to Shantelle who brilliant. She traced the package and was able to track it down very quickly. She was a godsend. The rest of this service was efficient and good.
