Delivery timeframe is terrible – Good products but they don't tell you that your order will take 5 weeks to deliver! Very disappointed with the delivery timeframe.

service representative was polite and apologetic and claimed the lids were sent but that the parcel must have been separated in transit. Clearly this was not the case as the deliver was clearly marked item 1 of 1. A replacement order was sent and I was told that I should receive these within a few days. I have not. I am still waiting 1 week later - 2 weeks after I placed my original order. The tracking indicates I will not receive the delivery now until next Tuesday, well after my second largest order has to be delivered and after one of my busiest Easter markets. Having to resort to cello wrapping every gift box at the busiest time of the year for me is not something I had planned on. Not happy.

Green or Green? – the website shows a nice bright green box with a window, which was to be used for lolly bags at an event. when I received them they are a pale green, pistachio in colour as per the wording on the box. Since I posted a complaint on their FB page they have now decided to exchange my item for another colour, and I will not be out of pocket. not what hubby wanted for his party, but better than nothing.
