Pakistan Gift Online

Three days ago my order not be delivered on time and finally delivered the the cake and fruit was poor quality. Never do business again. Customer service rude.wenpaid you guys good money should be better quality.

Terrible – Unprofessional and unreliable service. Ordered for Mothers day and throughout whole day was told that driver is on his way . Order never arrived and still no sign of refund. It's a scam. Avoid at all costs.

Not all trustable web site – Totally unprofesstional...everything in my order are old smelly not eatable....when we send them the video they said we only can exchange ,we already discard these item not possible to keep it and wait for person to take it back so we ask for fresh item or refund we keep calling they dont ans it they only can exchange atleast they refund half but not we never recommend this web site.

Unreliable- Thugs – Tried to obtain order delivery status as it was a surprise, no response to email or from whatsapp customer service. Saw the query and did not even bother to reply as if they thugs are favouring you for your money. The worst service and response I have ever had online. Try to save your money for better websites. They will loot you and leave you in distress.

Totally unreliable and unprofessional – Its been a week since i have ordered a gift online, no sign of delivery, no response to emails, you cant hold of anyone, if by mistake someone does pick up the phone , they put you on hold and disappear, this is my first and i am sure my last experience with them

Unprofessional Team of Pakistan Gift online service – Highly unprofessional approach and don't respect their customers..I don't know why are they are here..infact they do't deserve any star.I just want to surprise my mother to give her favourite food,but no worries there are other services who will listen me and help me out.

Terrible service and disappointing – I ordered flowers and confirmed them they they will send fresh. Wilted flowers of poor quality was delivered. Never order flowers. Lot of other edible items are also poor quality. Be aware it’s money.

Bad service – I have placed an order of pizza deal which comes with a garlic bread and a drink and a cake on 22nd august. My order was missing a garlic bread. Not ordering from this site again.

Quick service – I always send gifts from this website, coz its reliable and i always get reply if i have any concern unlike other providers to send gifts to PK. will deliver it on 10/3/17. It not worth paying the premium amount which is more than double what it actually cost. I did that for a surprise birthday gift to which i was surprise by awful customer service. Never again!!!! you lost a customer who buys 5-6 times a year.

Terrible Quality/Quantity of Food order – I have ordered from this company and have paid huge amounts. The order price goes up if you select more # of people specifically for food delivery. charged an order of total 5 people. This was my second chance with this company. I had previously ordered food from them too for my same family and meat dishes were stale and not eatable. Meat was not fresh at all. This is a dishonest company and they just lost business with me. I will make sure I share this experience with my networks here. I emailed their customer service and this is what they had to say which proves their unprofessionalism and dishonesty:

"We apologize for it, Food meals can never determine the person as it all depends on the appetite,However if anything was missing from meal then please let us know". sales rep. [name removed]

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY anymore. Waste of money. If you want barkat in your business be honest or else it will all die down.

Poor service, unreliable and unprofessional – It seems they have worked hard on their online gift website but their service is of opposite quality. that the cake was staled, decayed!

One of the family member told me after few days that they had to throw the whole cake to bin as it wasn't eatable. Nobody complained to me directly as it was a gift and they didn't want to hurt my feelings. It was really embarrassing.

I contacted back to the web site and reported the issue. They came back saying that they won't refund and can't do the replacement as I haven't returned the product! No idea, why they want a decayed product back? to taste and confirm?

I believe their delivery boy picked up the item in the morning from the shop and by the time the delivery made, the cake staled.

I got attracted when I saw PayPal payment option on their site. Interestingly, they wont allow you to make orders using PayPal. Hence, your payment isn't safe.

I would suggest to avoid them and use other available services like TCS sentiments, I used that before and it was good, bit expensive but you can rely on them.
