Product is not reliable

Hi
I bought pandora hoops for the first time from Melborne and this will be my last my last purchase.
As these hoops lick was lossen within few days and kept on falling from my ear. I went to Adelaide Marion Pandora store to return it but sales person over there said she will not return it as it has been wore, so she fixex it. I wore again and it started falling from ear. I am not happy with that. Show details

Unreasonable/defective

I have numerous items and have had no problems so purchased a chain in good faith that I would be similarly satisfied. The chain tarnished. They offered to clean the chain after each time I wore it, a totally unreasonable solution to a defective jewellery piece. Would have preferred an exchange/credit/refund. Instead I have a useless chain in my jewellery box. Show details

Discount coupon codes don’t work

I received a 15% coupon code from Pandora. I entered the code and submitted my order but received an error message saying “order creation failed”. I rang customer service and was told that sometimes the system thinks that the coupon code has expired which is why my order failed. I was told to try using a different device and browser. I was also given a new code to use. I tried the old code and new code on 3 different devices and 5 different browsers and yet again I received “order creation failed”. I emailed customer support and was told to try a different browser and clear the cache and cookies.

I honestly believe that the 15% discount was a con. I’m not paying full price when I was told that I could receive 15% off. Show details

Low quality for a high price

I got a necklace, couple of earrings and a couple of rings. I have to say, I'm really disappointed with their quality. Rings lasted a few months, at best, the "gold plating" wore off and the only thing I could do was to throw them away. The earring don't look too bad, but when paying almost $200, I would expect a bit better quality.
Necklace last for 8 months and it fell apart. I don't know whether I am so unlucky or is it just the way Pandora's products are. I gave them a few chances, and I say NO, thanks...

Low quality jewellery

Bought bracelets and charms from their DFO store 6 months ago and there’s a discolouration on the charms and the bracelet broke after getting caught on a jacket.

Broken clasp

What happened to a replacement policy, my 14 k clasp has broken, so not only will they not replace my Bracelet, they are saying Im not in there computer system, its the only store i buy my pandora from. Very disappointing, then tried to sell me another, but not what i originally had.

Bad service

I wanted to exchange a bracelet for another size. I didn't have a receipt and it was quite an argument with the seller. Finally I was sad because it was a gift and the person knew all the information :[. I am totally dissatisfied with the attitude of the seller with me. Pandora customer service is no more

Pandoras service has declined significantly, gone are the days when they offered great service when you needed to change the lengthen of you bracelet or necklace. Now you must have a receipt even though it was a gift. Was once simple now a pain. Bye bye Pandora bye bye. Show details

Bought online for a gift, they cancelled my order before I was able to pick it up. Store said I had to talk to online dept, however online dept has non-existent customer service. Waited over 7 days for a reply that I did still want my order and nothing. Forced me to pay extra and over budget for the gift. Terrible customer service and product not delivered

I ordered a bracelet online, and was sent an empty box. I emailed Pandora to let them know, and have not received a response after a week. They cannot be contacted by phone as they are too busy and they disconnect you after waiting on hold for 10 minutes. Do not buy from the online store. Show details

I was delighted with the great service in store and with a returned phone call

I have a sore hip and wanted to buy some pandora jewellery for my gran daughters so I rand to check if it was in store before I made the trip in. I was phoned back with 15 to 20minutes and the girl was lovely and ver helpful. Comfirmed my order and put it on hold until I came into the store. I bought another item when I went to the store and that girl was also very helpful and a delight to deal with. I only wish that I could get this service at other places. Don’t do it!

My bestie bought me a beautiful ring, the one with the 3flowers and stones. It was rose “gold”. After a year of wear it tarnished and I am now waiting for the tarnish to come off my skin. I know she spent a lot on it and I am so sad that I can’t wear it anymore. Pandora DO BETTER! Show details

Please don’t waste your money!! Only lasts 12 months then unwearable!!

Have spent ALOT of money on a rose gold and silver charm bracelet. Within 12 months of wearing for special occasions and cleaning in store this bracelet is so tarnished and looks like old gunmetal. It is still under warranty but pandora state this is normal and too bad but they will clean again!! Never again and I encourage everyone to look past the shiny objects under bright lights and ask questions before purchase. No one told me this expensive product would have to be thrown away within the year. Pandora… this is disgraceful… customer service was dismissive. Show details

Extremely difficult to put on alone

I purchased the avengers bracelet for the first time as my first pandora bracelet as well as the avengers charms. Honestly i think it looks great i can definitely appreciate the detail in some of the charms the look of the bracelet is nice also. The cons would be putting on the bracelet it is absolutely pathetic how long it takes me. There is no convenience in trying to maneuver and manipulate the bracelet to hopefully clip in at the right angle. I can only imagine someone with a disability trying to wear this product. based soley on that i would not purchase another bracelet from them. Show details

Don't bother buying gifts for others

A bangle was bought as a gift for my daughter but it was too small for her, even though the gift buyer specified it was for a 12 year old girl, the bangle would probably only fit a 1 year old child!
Went to exchange it at the store however they refused to swap it as apparently the bangle has a slight bend in it from when my daughter tried it on. I didnt even notice it until the sales assistant had a closer inspection. Now Im left with a useless $150 bangle that my daughter can't wear.
Not worth spending the money on Pandora especially for a gift when you're not 100% sure of the size. Exchange policy is rubbish. Show details

Rubbish presentation - no gift box

Purchased 2 rings as seperate gifts for people and received them in plastic clear bags with a sticker saying made in Thailand. No real gift boxes either. Now I’m stuck with two rings that I can’t get Pandora ring boxes for. The presentation is cheap and nasty.

Pandora Customer Service don’t respond to your emails either.

I’m very disappointed and will never by Pandora again for this reason. Show details

Cheap, nasty poor quality products with an expensive price tag!

Products are absolute rubbish!!! All plated not even real gold or even silver! Silver tarnishes and looks like dirty metal. Why on earth are they so expensive for fake jewellery!???
I have been gifted so many products and over time they look horrible like they need to be thrown in the bin! Also their bracelets all come undone and are so flimsy! Cheap, nasty , zero quality. Show details

Terrible shopping experience

My first experience with Pandora and this will be the last. They do not refund on already bought items so with extra sales you miss out because they have no stock. They do not provide any other options. I had made a few orders in a short time period and they do not care about your purchased orders. Poor packaging and customer service is not helpful. won't ever be shopping here again. plenty of other stores that sell good quality charms for a better deal.

Rose Gold plating doesn't last

Was gifted a rose gold tennis bracelet and matching earrings about 18 months ago. Only worn less than a dozen times and always kept in a lined jewellery box. The gold plating has completely tarnished and worn off. Took it to Pandora for cleaning, thinking that they may have something to clean it with to bring it back, but was given it back clean but still completely ruined from tarnish and unwearable. Nothing they could do. Just trying to worn people not to buy this product at all. Yes, I know it's "costume jewellery", but it's not that cheap and doesn't last at all. Show details

Poorly designed products

I love the styles but I can't seen to understand why they are made so poorly. I've lost several charms Cox the bracelet keeps unlocking itself and I lost part of my other bracelet coz it's popped itself open. Nothing is made to last I understand but having all these charms come off just by wearing it isn't good enough. Photos can be attached for proof if required

Pandora Wollongong accused us of committing fraud due to attempting to collect an item that my Sons grandmother bought for mothers day. Collecting a gift is definately not fraud when the person that had purchased the product has confirmed all details over the phone. Do NOT waste your money on charms that hang from bracelet

We buy these charms for special occassions, the ring part that holds the charm wears fast and you are at risk off loosing them.....then as they change the charms so often you can't get a replacement,(was lucky to get two replaced,) but the double blue/silver one broke this time, (discoloured before) as I don't have receipts (gifts).can't be fixed or replaced and any with enamel in them cannot be fixed at all...staff checked them and told me not to wear them as they are close to breaking ring.. So stick to solid charms, without writing on them as that also wears off.....certainly not worth getting as a keep sake or family heirloom... My bracelet would be worth $1500.00 yet I can't wear most the charms.... Not impressed Show details
