These people rip you off, they overcharge and when you try and cancel they try and force you to keep it.
When they came to install they wore their dirty shoes in my brand new house. Then asked to use the toilet! Did not even say thank you or anything.

Excellent product quality in a very best price and quick installation. Sales consultants are very good, However we have experienced very rude admin staff’s response even after their own mistake.

Good service quality and installation, However reneged/Cancelled unilaterally on the terms of trade after having agreed for a portion of the payment after installation. Accounts department (the owner's wife) was very super rude and demanded all of the payment before installation, saying Mr Mayur is a sales person and his committing payment terms is invalid.. If you deal with this company would strongly recommend having all your terms agreed in writing and signed.

These guys sub contract their work to someone else. They took my money before the job was finished. The ziptrack blinds were very poorly installed and totally different from what i got in my quote. i sent them photos of defects but no response from anyone. I emailed them many times but no response. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. I am taking it further to ombudsman. Be careful guys from this dodgy business.

I will surely recommend Patel Blinds, highly competitive and perfectionist in the whole delivery of the job ..Mayurbhai helped us with the measurements and Sidhu helped us with the installation. Both were fantastic and professional.

I found them professional and timely, the jobs for quote and installation were duly completed. I will use them for any further jobs if required. Only thing, the product itself (roll out blinds) doesn't block the light completely as promised.
