The worst ripoffs
These people rip you off, they overcharge and when you try and cancel they try and force you to keep it.
When they came to install they wore their dirty shoes in my brand new house. Then asked to use the toilet! Did not even say thank you or anything.
Very poor service and installation
These guys sub contract their work to someone else. They took my money before the job was finished. The ziptrack blinds were very poorly installed and totally different from what i got in my quote. i sent them photos of defects but no response from anyone. I emailed them many times but no response. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. I am taking it further to ombudsman. Be careful guys from this dodgy business.
Disgraceful, unprofessional and vindictive liars!
I had the misfortune of being stuck in the middle of a dispute with these people and my Estate Agent. The whole unit (2 storey) was to have the blinds replaced. The guy who measured up seemed nice but turned out to be a liar, the installer seemed nice but he too was a liar and the nasty old woman [name removed] who must be the boss (as no employee would be that stupid to talk the way she does) was the biggest liar of them all. Some of the blinds were wrong, others ill fitting and took a year to be put in. They had the landlords' money so they d...idn't care. It has been 2 weeks and they still have not come back to pick up the old blinds which were thrown in the front garden. Look at the photo. It is absolutely appalling behaviour on their behalf. They are not returning calls and think they have got away with treating people like this. It is not acceptable. The vindictive old woman [name removed] started screaming at me last time she rang as I dared to ask a question and one of my passengers recorded her. She was so busy belittling me, the fool didn't think anyone else was in my car. DO NOT use these people.
Even 1 star is too much for them... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I dont like to put too long. But to cut it short and sweet. Please try and find some better option because its the worst option that you can ever have. My experience is such a long its difficult to describe here. Just to give you heads up its almost a year and still our work is not finished. Nor we have any proper communication on this.

Curtain seems to be a cloth and not a curtain

Very good in marketing and attracting customers by words but when it comes to delivering the work they are 0.
They dont have value for the reference as well....

Freakin idiots.... it’s been more than two months they are taking the measurement for a fly screen and keep trying different ones but doesn’t fit properly.
Looks like they don’t have any professional people to install the fly screens.
If these guys don’t give fix it in a week or give me my money back, I’ll have to proceed legally.
Please don’t choose this Patel blinds.
Appalling service!!! Wouldn’t even score one star. No customer service at all, no follow up, they say they’ll call and don’t. Still waiting for management to call.
They have installed half my blinds - not what I wanted and half are crocked. When I called they said someone will call me to discuss 1 1/2 weeks later I get a call and the sales consultant blames me for the error saying ‘I told you it was like that’ ahh no they didn’t - lucky my husband was here as well. Now we have to have a witness to prove what was said. That is not on.
Wa...s told they will follow up and give me a call - no call. I called customer service on Friday and they said they will fix over the weekend and I’ll get a call on Monday. Guess what no call again. Called Tuesday and was given excuses asked for managers number to talk. No one answered and received message they will call when free. Still no call now they aren’t answering my calls or calling me back. With so much competition out there - customer service should be at the top of the list. This is ridiculous now been stressing for 3 weeks and still not resolved. Just waiting for Patel Blinds to answer to cancel everything and get refund!!!! Do NOT go with this company.
