Caution to be exercised
Good service quality and installation, However reneged/Cancelled unilaterally on the terms of trade after having agreed for a portion of the payment after installation. Accounts department (the owner's wife) was very super rude and demanded all of the payment before installation, saying Mr Mayur is a sales person and his committing payment terms is invalid.. If you deal with this company would strongly recommend having all your terms agreed in writing and signed.
Poor customer services after sale made
At the start everything was great until they made the sale.
From first day that our roller shutters have been installed we have had nothing but Lot of problems with them not working as they should the supplier has been out you our place numerous times over the last 2 years and yet still having same issues.
When we reported this to Mayur/Patel blinds it's like basically they don't want to own up to it .
We feel like they have made their sale and a not willing to fix the on going issues instead telling us that it's they way we use them ......
