Organized to have my oven and stovetop cleaned, the reality was very different from the advertised service. As has been already mentioned in reviews this company comes under the umbrella of Fantastic Services (which I had previously used for carpet cleaning and been very happy with the results so I wasn't overly concerned about my booking being redirected to them although I thought it rather unusual). I had booked the service and had to rearrange it for an earlier time which they accommodated at short notice. The cleaner arrived half an hour ea...rly as he told my husband he had a personal appointment. Unfortunately I didn't see his work until after he left and was surprised at the average job of the oven and what seem a very superficial clean of the stove. I rang and complained to the cleaner (he had left his card) who insisted he'd cleaned thoroughly. I then rang the company and they said they would get him to come back and finish the job in the afternoon. I then received a text 20minutes after the appointed time that he was running 90 minutes late! Rather fed up by this stage I decided to cancel the appointment feeling that I didn't want the same cleaner to do another mediocre job. I was offered a discount voucher for another service and thought that was the end of the matter only to have the cleaner turn up on my doorstep protesting that he hadn't receive the cancellation notice! The only reason I have given three stars is for the girls in the office I spoke to who were very helpful and did their best to solve the issue and were most apologetic. Not sure whether I would book another service though.
Acceptable job but could have more attention to detail
Paul's cleaning did an okay job on the focus areas being the kitchen and the toilets. However they could have asked what I would have liked to be thrown and what I would like to have kept. Also if I didn't point out the wardrobes were still dusty it would not have been picked up. The cleaners seemed a bit on the slow side for their hourly rate. All in all an okay job but leaves some room for improvement.
Not worth it!!
I hired Paul's Cleaning Services for an end of lease cleaning. I told them in advance that there's a lot of pet hair on the carpets that would need to be removed and they told me to not worry about it. The cleaner called me on the day and let me know that they can't get the pet hair out. So I asked for the money back (for the carpets only) so that I can find someone else to clean it. They told me to wait and see what the agent says. Obviously the condition report mentioned the pet hair on the carpets. I called them back and sent them the report...as well. They said they'll come back a second time for re-cleaning, even though I told them that their cleaners told me the first time they won't be able to get the hair out. Two days before the re-cleaning, I used a squeegee for almost 4 hours (with help from family) to get out most of the pet hair out on all the carpets. Again, the cleaner called me on the day and told me it cannot be done - there were no signs of them even attempting to simply vacuum the hair off. So I called again and asked for my money back, since their guarantee is that it "will be accepted by your landlord" - which it wasn't. Then they told to get someone else to clean the carpets, and that I would need before and after photos, an invoice and approval from my agent for the re-cleaning, before I can get my money back. I had to pay $300 for the other company suggested by my agent. So altogether I paid $1069. I only got my money back after I sent them an email with countless evidence including before and after photos, the invoice for the other company, the email from my agent saying the cleaning was approved etc etc. I didn't even get a "sorry" or anything, just a reply of "thank you for the invoice. Your refund will be processed in the next 24 hours". So much hassle for $180. Honestly not worth it. They wasted my time and money. UPDATE: After I posted the review, Paul's Cleaning Services called me back and sincerely apologised for the issue and told me they will compensate me for all the trouble I had to go through (working 4 hours) and hiring a second company. Thank you Paul's Cleaning Services for correcting the issue, I genuinely appreciate it. P.S don't ever underestimate the power of your online voice.
They done a good job but I was expecting that they was gonna move the forniture to clean everywhere instead of work around it
The kitchen stove was not polished, there were parts of the kitchen countertops that were not cleaned. And the stains on the carpet that i told them to clean was not cleaned. They finished really early which i thought seemed like a rushed job. They also left tupperware in the drawers which i instructed them to throwaway. All in all they didn't do the job which was promised in the website.
Need to supervise this job
Considering my double ovens were not very dirty, there wasn't too much to do. But missed bits due to no oven light. Had to ask the cleaner to use the phone torch to see properly inside the oven. Seemed to be in a hurry to just get the job done fast.
all about what they won't do
although I negotiated a price based on no windows/carpets with the extra time to be taken in the garage and loft, the operator insisted he knew nothing about the loft and would only sweep out the garage i.e. no removal of dust/cobwebs etc. On the day of the clean he then demanded an additional $35 for something that was already supposed to be included - NOT happy as he had me over a barrel. The house clean was barely adequate and I had to polish marks off the s/steel sink & drainer just before the owner arrived for the final inspection. Would not use them again.
Poorly skilled cleaning team, but good customer service
Very disappointed by the poor quality, lack of effort and all the lazy excuses given by the team.
When asked to clean the bathroom soap-scum, the cleaner said "it won't come off, need to use special machine for extra $120". I later called in another cleaning company which easily scrubbed it off by hand. Same conversation regarding kitchen tops and wall stains. No way am i getting my bond back with soap scum still on the shower tiles.
There's also so many additional costs on top of the "end of lease" package for services which you'd expe...ct is covered in a "bond-back guarantee" deal. On the spot, the cleaner charged me the following: Blinds is $20 per set (that's $100 for the whole apartment), wiping the balcony walls is $30 per wall (not even clean!), doing half of a laundry room (which is part of the bathroom) is apparently an additional $20. Following my online feedback, the team did get in touch to remedy the situation through resending another team or through compensation, which is a professional response by their customer service department.

Arranged carpet cleaning at 2 properties. One went without issue, but the second property was problematic. The team didn't show up to the property and then when the company was called, they gave some ludicrous excuse about it being a weekend and no one was available. Then they stopped answering my partner's calls, presumably because he was upset at having wasted 2 hours of his day waiting for a no show. The company did eventually come out and do the clean on another day which we had to arrange. I'm still waiting for a call back from the co...mpany for an explanation. I won't be using them again. Have since been contacted by Paul's cleaning after posting this review, and they have provided me with a partial refund to compensate me for the issues we had with our booking, for which I am grateful.
Very good service
Used for the end of lease they arrived a tad late but the service was quick and relatively pain less. I would recommend based on price. All in all not bad service
